Payment Instructions:
Harris Properties is pleased to offer 3 different types of payment options. Your payment options depend on how close we are to your vacation dates. The allowed payment options are listed below. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- One half of your total will be charged to your credit card upon reservation to book.
- Your balance is due 45 days before your vacation.
1. Personal Check or Money Order- Please make all money orders or personal checks out to “Harris Properties” being sure to indicate your house name and vacation dates on the check. If you are within 45 days of your vacation, Personal Check or Money Orders will not be accepted; Paypal or Credit Card is required.
2. Paypal- Paypal is a secure way to transfer money between business transactions via the internet. Login to Paypal at www.paypal.com; click on Send Money; enter our email address of info@ourgulfshoresvacation.com; enter your total vacation amount; hit Send Money. That’s it! If you are within 45 days of your vacation, Paypal or Credit Card is required.
3. Credit Card- We accept all major credit cards except American Express. If you are within 45 days of your vacation, Paypal or Credit Card is required.
Harris Properties Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will only be issued based on the day of cancellation to the following schedule; a) within close of the next business day from day of booking you may receive full refund. b) before 60 days of vacation a $100 service charge will be retained and the remaining balance is refunded. c) inside 60 days, a $200 service charge will be retained and the remaining balance is refunded. d) inside 30 days, refunds will be given under extreme emergency circumstances only (call for more information).
Harris Properties will charge your credit card automatically if we do not receive your payment via Personal Check, Money Order or Paypal according to the payment schedule on your reservation letter. One hundred and fifty ($150) of your total vacation is for cleaning/sheets/towels etc. Harris Properties reserves the right to appropriately charge for any additional repairs, replacements or cleaning necessary above and beyond the $150 if required. You will be notified within 30 days of this charge in detail.
Pet Policy:
Harris Properties allows one dog 35lbs and under per house. Each additional dog or dogs over 35lbs will be allowed on a conditional basis only and with an additional $75 non refundable pet deposit. Please call us first. Fort Morgan houses are dog friendly and the beaches are dog friendly however Somewhere in Time I and II are in Gulf Shores and the beaches are NOT pet friendly but the houses are. If you're staying in Somewhere in Time I and II please do not take the dogs on the beaches. All other houses may have dogs in the houses and on the beaches.
