Twenty Three Tortugas
Located on the pristine white sands of Fort Morgan, Twenty-Three Tortugas offers guests amazing views, a perfect beachfront location, and a beautifully renovated interior. This 3 bedroom beach cottage sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. Twenty-Three Tortugas is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, 40 lbs each with additional pet fees.
About Twenty-Three Tortugas
Serenity and quality family time will be a memory for anyone that spends their days and nights at Twenty Three Tortugas. The Gulf, sand, and tranquil nights will bring you back again and again. You can take walks on the beach, view amazing sunsets, and enjoy a cool beverage while relaxing on the deck. The updates and attention to detail in this newly renovated cottage should not be missed!
Inside the open living area has plenty of comfortable seating and fantastic Gulf views. The kitchen boasts beautiful countertops, backsplash, cabinets and stainless appliances. The dining table seats six and there is additional seating at the island. Guests will love the additional refrigerator and laundry sink found in the laundry room.
The master bedroom features Gulf views, TV, king bed, a small office/sitting area, and a gorgeous private bathroom. Bedroom #2 features Gulf views, TV and a king bed. There is also a twin over full bunk bed so the room will sleep 5. Guests will appreciate the 2 bookshelves full of books and sitting area found in bedroom #2. Bedroom #3 has a TV, a queen bed, and shares a hall bathroom with bedroom #2.
Outside guests will get the best of both worlds. A covered porch complete with comfortable seating and an open deck for soaking up the sun, both located in the front of the house. Guests can start and end their day with the sound of the waves, rain or shine! There is another covered deck with rockers at the back of the home where guests can see Mobile Bay in the distance. Twenty Three Tortugas is a beachfront home that you don’t want to miss!
About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
Rental Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older to reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

Beautiful, peaceful, detailed decor was very relaxing and just what we needed. The house was very clean! We loved the space!
We got the pleasure to meet the owners of 23 Tortuga's when we stayed next door in April of 2023. She gave us a tour of this beautiful house. We immediately went over an scheduled for April of 2024. The owners were super nice and it's a shame that we'll never meet them again. Because we will always rent this house anytime we go on vacation. We wanted to go back again in December of 2023 and found that it was available and hurry upped and booked it. We loved the stay there. They have thought of EVERYTHING to make you feel at home. The house was SPOTLESS. You could walk around barefoot and not feel one spec of sand. The view from the back deck is astounding. You can watch the dolphins swim in the morning while drinking coffee and catch the Blue Angels practice. The beach view is completely amazing. I hate to leave such a good review for this hidden gem. Because it'll be a struggle to schedule another vacation when everyone finds out how wonderful this place is. They are already almost booked up for 2024. So the secret is out. We absolutely love this place. It is beautifully decorated. It was very well thought out when decorated. We had learned about this hidden gem when we stayed at the house next door and the owners were here. This will be our forever beach vacation. It comes with everything you need to prepare meals plus some. It\'s super clean and you can even walk barefoot and NOT get sand on your feet. That\'s how clean it is. THIS IS BEST BEACH HOUSE YOU\'LL EVER STAY AT!! IT WON'T DISAPPOINT!!!

I shouldn’t share how wonderful this home is because it will be harder to rent in the future- LOL! Harris Vacation Rentals does a fantastic job of answering your questions in a timely manner and responding to issues at the home-big and small. Appreciate the gentleman who worked on Christmas to stop the water from running out of the outdoor shower spigots so that we could have hot water again. Thank you! We’ll be back!
