Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful for what we have. For most, it’s tradition to gather for a hearty meal of turkey, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, and pumpkin or pecan pie. Why not start a new tradition this year, and spend Thanksgiving in Gulf Shores? Bring all of your family and friends and share a relaxing holiday meal by the beach. Once you visit, you’ll want to return year after year!
Enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner in Your Harris Property
You could stay in your lovely beachfront rental and cook your holiday feast. Our rental homes feature full kitchens with plenty of space to create a memorable meal with Thanksgiving in Gulf Shores. But you’ve made it to the beautiful beach for the holiday, why spend it in the kitchen? An easier option is to stay in but order out. Several restaurants (and grocery stores) will have piping hot Thanksgiving dinners ready for pickup. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you reserve that perfect meal. Remember: It’s a holiday and we’re here to help you enjoy it!
Let Someone Else Do the Cooking!
If you feel like getting out, many local restaurants will be open for Gulf Shores Thanksgiving brunch. The Voyagers and Grand Ballroom at the Perdido Beach Resort will be serving their annual Thanksgiving Buffets. Give them a call or visit their website for menus, times and pricing. For a more casual meal, head to one of the local beachfront restaurants. Lounge on the beach or start a game of beach volleyball, then head inside for lunch. The Hangout will be serving its traditional holiday meal, while the Flora-Bama goes a slightly less traditional route with their annual potluck. Guests bring a side dish or desert while the Flora-Bama does the turkey and ham. Either way, it’s a great way to meet new friends, and be thankful for the ones you already have.
