And the Ginny Lane Bar & Grill is a family-friendly bar & grill that is perfect for lunch or dinner.
Casual and colorful easily describe the feel of Ginny Lane Bar and Grill in Gulf Shores. Colorful murals and local artwork adorn the walls and brighten up the interior spaces. The exterior doesn’t need brightening, as the spacious patio overlooks The Wharf. You can eat inside in the dining room or bar, or on the patio with its gently swaying party lights.
Try a cocktail during Happy Hour (daily, 3-6pm) or while you wait for a table. Blood Orange & Elderflower Gin Cocktail, Lemon Basil Martini or Watermelon Margarita anyone? Come as you are, sit back, relax and watch the yachts float by and the seagulls scrabble.
Loaded Nachos, Fried Green Tomatoes with Blackened Shrimp, and Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are just a few of the appetizer selections here. Be sure to check with your server because several items are large enough for a crowd!
You can’t go wrong with oysters! Try the Baked Sampler; why choose just one when you can have them all? Baked Bacon Cheddar Oysters, Baked Garlic Butter Oysters, Baked Shrimp Bienville, and Baked Cajun Rockefeller oysters are all favorites.
There are soups, salads and sandwiches too, such as the Fish Tacos, Shrimp BLT, and Buffalo Shrimp Wrap; try the Pecan & Pear Salad for something light and refreshing. Lunch entrees and specials include options for meat and seafood lovers: a New York Strip, Coconut Shrimp, Shrimp Alfredo, Chicken Tortellini, Shrimp & Grits, Pecan Encrusted Chicken, Crab Cakes, Meatloaf, Red Beans & Rice and Country Fried Steak. Dinner entrees include the Gorgonzola Filet, New York Strip, and Spinach Artichoke Encrusted Chicken.
There are several fresh fish, seafood platters and steamer pots on the menu too, any of which will please your seafood appetite. And, save room for dessert – how about some Lava Cake or White Chocolate Bread Pudding?
