With sister restaurants like Cobalt and Luna’s Eat & Drink, you know that GT’s on the Bay is going to be good. Overlooking beautiful Wolf Bay, GTs is in the heart of Orange Beach. You’ll go for both the view and the food.
The menu options for lunch and dinner are similar, with different specialties offered on both. Starters include Cajun Empanadas, Fresh Ceviche, Fried Pickles, Gingered Calamari or Totchos – crunchy tater tots with smoked pulled pork, sliced jalapeños, smoked Gouda cheese sauce and white BBQ sauce!
GT’s On the Bay in Gulf Shores is one of the few places that has a full salad bar, and you can get it to go. Order a stone-hearth personal pizza, fried and steamed seafood, and there are a sandwich options too, including burgers, BBQ Pork, Blackened Tuna Tacos, Smoked Pork Tacos, and of course, po’boys.
Lunch specialties include the Fresh Catch (grilled, blackened or fried), Shrimp’n’Grits, and a Half-Rack of Ribs. Dinner specialties include the Tournedos, Yellowfin Tuna, Ribeye and a Surf-n-Turf. Grab a drink from the full bar or one of GT’s cocktails and head for one of the lounge chairs or a hammock on the deck. Try their signature drink, the Tropic Thunder.
GT’s Sunday brunch buffet is served from 11am to 2pm, and features everything from the salad bar to an egg station and drink specials. They also have a kids’ menu and a gluten free menu.
When it gets too hot, you can sit inside in the spacious dining room with its large windows overlooking the beautiful bay. Or stay outside on the large deck and listen to live music as you watch the boats out on the water or the sun go down. At night, party lights strung across the deck give it a festive air, and the lighted dock extends well out into the bay and beckons you to come on out for a stroll. Bring the kids and let them play in the pirate ship themed playground while you sit back, relax and enjoy an adult beverage on the deck.
GT’s is open on Sunday through Thursday from 11:00am to 9:30pm and from 11:00am to 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday.
