What Makes Our Orange Beach Condos Popular?
In the heart of the former fishing village, Orange Beach Condos are conveniently located just a few miles off the beach on Canal Road. This is the “Blue River,” and you will be able to appreciate views of two different gulf habitats from your condo where the ocean and the bay come together. Our Orange Beach Condos are right on the river and just across the street from the beach. Aside from their perfect positioning, they are also a very clean and affordable option with plenty of amenities. These lovely three-bedroom units comfortably sleep six to nine people.
Features vary between Orange Beach condo rentals, but each unit always includes an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Our condos are comfortable and designed to be a home away from home.
Some Orange Beach condo rentals even have screened porches, which are perfect for eating an outdoor meal, taking in the evening breeze, watching the ocean waves, enjoying the sunrise, or starting your day right with a cup of coffee on the balcony.
The Orange Beach Condo development also gives guests access to a community pool, clubhouse, outdoor shower, outdoor seating area, grilling area, and stocked fishing lake. Bring your canoe, kayak, or paddleboard and get some exercise on the river, bay, or ocean. We have parking for your boat or jet ski, if you would like to bring them as well.
Just a short bike ride away from our Orange Beach Alabama condos are two popular beaches – Cotton Bayou and Perdido Pass. Cotton Bayou is a small, popular beach that has free parking with restrooms and an outdoor shower. You can bike or hike the Cotton Bayou Trail which starts here. The trail wanders for slightly over a mile along wetlands in Gulf State Park, ending at Catman Road Trail, which connects to other Hugh Branyon Backcountry Trails.
Perdido Pass is only a few miles’ drive from our condos in Orange Beach. Our condos are also close to the Orange Beach Sportsplex, where a variety of sporting events are held. Perdido Pass – or Alabama Point East – is a combination of beach and sea oat habitat, perfect for birdwatching and fishing. You may see one of the Perdido Key beach mice, which make their home here. Alabama Point East has more than 6,000 feet of beaches, dunes, picnic areas, restrooms, outdoor showers and free parking.
Less than a mile away is The Wharf, with a number of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. You can easily spend an entire day at The Wharf going to the movie theater, riding the Ferris wheel, playing miniature golf, watching the SPECTRA light show, and experiencing one of the many marina excursions.
Orange Beach Condos are also within close proximity to several championship golf courses for practicing your swing. If you prefer retail therapy, the Tanger Outlet Center is conveniently located. You could also stop for a drink at the Flora-Bama Lounge, the most popular beach bar in the country.
We also have plenty of water activities in the Orange Beach area. You can rent a kayak or paddleboard to get close to dolphins and other marine life as you paddle along the river or bay. Chartering a deep-sea excursion can be a fun challenge to catch some of the popular catches of the area, amberjack, tuna, marlin, wahoo and more.

Q: Is Orange Beach pet-friendly?
A: If you are looking for something to do with your four legged friend, check out Unleashed in Orange Beach, the city’s official dog park. Dogs are also welcome at Orange Beach Waterfront Park, but must remain on a leash. Many historical sites will allow you to bring your pet as long as they are leashed. However, dogs are not permitted on Alabama beaches in the city limits of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
