Amazing Grace

The views were amazing, and the house was extra spacious. The pictures don't do this place justice. We grilled steaks for Christmas, and the double ovens were handy as we prepared food for 10. I love this company's honesty and communication. I left one of my bags, and guess what? I was able to get it back with everything in it. I am forever grateful.

Every bedroom has a direct view of the beach! The kitchen and living area have floor to ceiling windows that have a beautiful wide full view of the beach. The kitchen cabinets can be a bit challenging since there are no handles and the push to close feature can be frustrating but nothing that would keep me from staying there again. Also just a note this house is 3 floors with no elevator for elderly, injured or heavy luggage. Beautiful house! Modern decor, clean, stocked kitchen and great communication with host! Lots of space and close to the grocery.

This house fit 6 familys, 12 adult's, 11 kids for a week. It was perfect walking distance to beach. The board walk could use sanded. Several kids ended up with splinters. The pool is not very big. Other then that i would recommend the place to any group. Every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. The living space on ground floor works well. Plentiful restaurants, arcades, ice cream shops and shopping centers. Location was wonderful as well. We seen dolphins almost every morning out the big windows in living room and kitchen while eating breakfast.

This house is beautiful and located right on the beach with a beautiful view. The management company (Harris Vacations) communicated consistently and proactively with clear instructions. They responded promptly to a question/problem and sent a maintenance guy to check it out very quickly. The only description that wasn't accurate was "smart lock" (used a kick box instead). The only issue with the house is a very splintery hand rail on the private boardwalk. Otherwise, this was a great house and host. We would gladly stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Each room has an attached bathroom and a great view of the gulf. There are six of us that travel each year together (year 19) and this house was the best yet. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Wonderful Stay!

Superb property. Well appointed, well cared for. Plenty of space. Only comment (and this is not a negative, just for awareness) is that all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Again, this wasn’t an issue at all for us but folks with very young kids (or older parents) who struggle with stairs should bear that in mind. We absolutely loved our time here. Would recommend without hesitation.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect getaway for our family! So convenient and not crowded at all! The pool was wonderful to have as well after a full day at the beach!

Great place for a big group! Private beach access point made for an easy beach trip with three kids under 5. Pool is smaller then appears in photos but was great for little kids.

Wonderful Stay!

We truly enjoyed the house. There were 12 of us and everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. The living room and dining room had a beautiful view of the beach as well as bedrooms. Would definitely recommend to friends.

House was just as advertised, very nice and clean beach, only issue was the internet is very weak and not reliable.

Our stay at Amazing Grace was perfect. The house is modern, spacious, and was very clean. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We enjoyed the private pool and beach access daily. All the comforts of home plus some luxury.

My family totally enjoyed themselves. The access to the beach is a real plus. The pool was relaxing for all of us. The parking was expansive and handled 4 vehicles with ease. Thank you so much and will look forward to another stay at this property next year about this same time frame.

Great place to enjoy time with family (very spacious). The ocean front views are gorgeous from every room, the home is so confortable, it feels like home but beach front:). The pool is rather small but great for kids, it’s more like a big spa, but great to have! Only a couple of issues! The wifi needs improvement and lots of stairs. But would definitely go back 😉

We had a 5 star stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The home was beautiful and was so glad to meet the owners. It had everything we needed. We were surprised with the grill as we were told no grill.
