About Brighter Outlook II
Located in the scenic community of The Dunes in Fort Morgan, Brighter Outlook II is one-half of a large duplex. Each side features 5 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 16 guests. At Brighter Outlook II, guests are immediately greeted with the home's sunny exterior. It's impossible not to feel brighter here! Located a short walk or just a few seconds drive from easy beach access with parking, Brighter Outlook II offers guests the ease of being near the beach and also the convenience of a community pool nearby! After a day of swimming, enjoy the breeze and the view from one of the home's covered decks.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with a wide-open and bright living area with a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy the views of the dunes from the wall-to-wall windows! The living space flows into the dining space which offers plenty of seating at the table and the bar. Conveniently located off the dining space is a second sitting area with a sleeper sofa for 2 guests. The newly renovated kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals while on vacation. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and necessary cookware and dishes provide all the comforts of home! A private charcoal grill is available for use as well.
The main floor also features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV, and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Moving upstairs, guests will find 4 more bedrooms starting with the master. The incredibly spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed, stunning Gulf views from a private balcony, and a TV. Within the master, the oversized closet has a set of twin bunk beds to keep the kids close but give them their own space. The equally impressive master bathroom features a huge walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding in the evenings! Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature queen beds and TVs. Bedroom 5 is a spacious room that sleeps 4 in one queen bed and a set of twin closet bunks. The upstairs bedrooms share a jack and jill hall bathroom.
Not only can large families and groups enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation at Brighter Outlook II, the furry family members can also join the fun as well! Up to two dogs are allowed with additional fees!

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

This was an amazing experience. The property was well maintained and accurately presented. Very spacious with set up being perfect for our two families. The house is stunning and comfortable . Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen basics. The two porches were delightful. Even though this is a divided space sounds or space sharing was not a problem. There is plenty of fun space underneath for games, scooters, and corn hole which was a great way to wind down the night. We loved being able to take our dogs to the beach one road up and have hose and shower available before going in. Only issue we had was communication with the gate code, but Harris property was responsive. They even ran to get us a Keurig as promised early Sunday morning. Surrounding area is family friendly and safe. Great walks in the evening. Pool was ok, hot tub needs service but no big deal. Thank you for allowing us share your home. It was lovely. We hope to return.

Just right for our needs

Plenty of space for all thirteen of us. Any issues were small (Ie. couldn't find measuring cups, shelf missing in fridge). We all enjoyed our stay. The weather cooperated. The beach is a little bit of a walk at around 300 yards away. There's parking at the point the boardwalk starts. You'll want a wagon if you have much to carry. Between the stairs, walking to, from and on the beach, plus pulling the wagon, carrying all the things, we got our exercise.I wish check out had been later. It was tough Getting out. Housekeeping was there at 9:40 a.m. So, don't think you'll have extra time. We've already started talking about our next trip.

Thank you for a great house. I'm glad we chose this house after our original reservation fell through no thanks to "sally" The house was beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. A much needed vacation from my trying occupation as a nurse. Great opportunity to escape the rat race and COVID, a change to re-energize, and reconnect myself and my husband.

The house was clean, spacious and well maintained. The customer service provided by the property managers was great! They provided regular updates through email, text and were easy to reach. The house is located in a gated community and the beach is just a 5 minute walk away. At the time we went, it was quiet and away from crowds which was prefect.
