Latitude Attitude

Enjoyed the house and property. Very nice.

My husband and I have 6 children, some of which are adults but have never seen the ocean. Latitude Attitude is the perfect place for our large family to relax yet have time together when wanted. Steps from the ocean, the sunrises/sets are spectacular.

Latitude Attitude is such a fantastic, beautiful home! The lagoon in the back with a private little beach is very relaxing and peaceful especially if you have little ones that aren’t a fan of the ocean and big waves. The guys fished off the pier on the lagoon! The beach is amazing, it’s like you have your own private beach, no one in site. The house is spacious, plenty of room for a large group. Very clean and smelt amazing as soon as we walked through the doors. Check in is extremely easy, no hassle! We stayed here last year and now this year and we will definitely be staying here every year for now on. We can’t think of any better place to stay other than latitude attitude! This house feels like our home away from home!

I was skeptical about this location because we were looking for something on the beach or with a pool for our little children but the lagoon was so fun and perfect! We easily spent just as much time enjoying the lagoon as we did the beach and as a mom of young toddlers, it was nice having a large area of shallow water they could play in. The area is serene and not congested. We went during the busy season and mostly had the beach to ourselves. The beach was a doable walk from the house, but we did bring a golf cart to make it easier. You have to climb a large sand dune to get to the beach which is difficult for elderly or disabled and was tiring but the beach access was close and it was a fantastic beach. The home comfortably fit our large family of 14 and we definitely could’ve squeezed a couple more kids on the couch if we had to. The kitchen was not the best stocked so I recommend bringing your own measuring utensils and specific items. The outdoor shower was so nice!

Loved the house. Beautifully decorated and practical too. Grandsons loved fishing from pier but some shade would have been nice. Good proximity to the beach also. Four bathrooms for fourteen people were much appreciated. 3 large couches worked well for our family too.

Latitude Attitude was a wonderful home to spend our vacation in for a few days. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and well working appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect amount of space. Loved being on the water. This was the babies first beach trip. Such a wonderful experience.

The house was absolutely fabulous!! Perfect location!

We were a little apprehensive about the house because there were no reviews. When we arrived, the house looked average. Once we got inside, the house was great! It was spacious and clean. All the rooms were a very good size. There is a nice front porch on the front, a very large deck on the back, and a great under deck grill area. The new pier was great. The lagoon is great. We just had a great time! There were 12 of us ( 8 adults and 4 kids ). The one room for the kids was very spacious even though it had 4 bunks, not tight at all. The beach is across the street and is very nice. The lagoon out back was our favorite "mini beach". We fished from the pier , went crabbing (2 of those were provided), flew kites, relaxed, cooked breakfast, grilled, we actually never went back up the street to go do anything, but if u need to go, it's not too far, all the stores you'll ever need. It was truly a great time. I've shared the listing with friends, and we are already talking about securing it for next year. Recommend.

We love this house! Our large group has stayed here twice and we plan to stay each year! We love all the space we have and the large kitchen and living room. Our kids love the lagoon and the beach access is great! We were the only ones on the beach during busy spring break! The location is so convenient. Harris property management has great customer service and we always appreciate their hospitality! The kitchen was lacking many things to cook for 15 people but we managed (baking sheets, pots and pans, larger skillet) Also, the mattresses are outdated and not comfortable and need to be replaced! This did not keep me from giving a 5 start review! We will book again next spring!
