Inside and out, this brand-new home is sure to WOW guests. The main floor offers a spacious deck with both a shaded area and space to soak up the sun. Enjoy the sparkling private pool built right into the deck or walk down the stairs to the boardwalk that leads to the sugar-white sand that Orange Beach is famous for!

Inside, the main floor offers incredible open-concept living at its finest! Ocean Chalet features a fully stocked kitchen complete with professional-grade appliances and quartz countertops. The expansive dining room plus island seating allows the family to gather for a homemade meal while enjoying panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy more family time in the living area with ample seating as well as a separate seating area near the wet bar, perfect for reading or playing games. Guests will appreciate the convenient half bath and full-size laundry room with laundry sink found on this floor. Two of the eight bedrooms are also located on the main floor, both include king beds, televisions, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers.

The second floor features a second living area complete with a mounted television. There are six bedrooms located on this level. Two bedrooms feature Gulf views and access to the second-floor balcony, king beds, televisions, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers. Two bedrooms come with king beds, televisions, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms with tub/shower combos. There is one queen room with a television, a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bunk room will sleep up to 6 guests in two twin over full bunk beds, perfect for the kiddos in the group! The bunk room also features a TV and will use the shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Just west of the community is Gulf State Park, where you’ll find walking and biking trails, a nature center, kayaking, and more. What’s more, Ocean Edge is convenient to Orange Beach grocery stores, boutiques, and restaurants, many within a half-mile from the community. We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
