Sea's the Day

Welcome to Sea's the Day, a charming coastal bungalow that offers quick and easy beach access as well as sweeping views from its perch atop the sand dunes! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home provides guests the opportunity to experience the quiet, uncrowded beaches Fort Morgan is known for while capturing a modern, luxury feel inside. With accommodations for up to 12 guests and 2 dogs allowed with additional fees, people and pets alike will love Sea's the Day!

About Sea's the Day


Nestled on a peaceful hilltop in the quiet beach community of Fort Morgan, Sea’s The Day offers guests gorgeous panoramic views of the gulf. Enjoy coffee on the deck while taking in a sunrise. Beach access is just a short walk away, at the neighborhood's Cabana Beach deeded access point (passes provided). After a day at the beach, the convenient outdoor shower allows for a quick rinse off. Enjoy an evening on the deck among the trees and grill up the catch of the day on the provided gas grill. 

Inside Sea's the Day, guests will find modern and chic decor and plenty of space to enjoy relaxing. The open living area features plenty of comfortable seating, views of the gulf and soaring ceilings. This area provides a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests. The dining area also features the same gulf views, so open the sliding doors and enjoy the sound of the waves over dinner. The spacious, updated kitchen provides all the necessary items needed to enjoy preparing a meal, such as cookware, dishware, and small appliances.

Sea's the day offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed, gulf views, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 is a kids retreat featuring 2 sets of twin bunk beds, each with its own trundle underneath. An additional full bathroom is located in the hall near the bunk room and has a walk in shower. Each bedroom has its own TV.

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving in this wonderful beach house. It was perfect for us with a big open kitchen, big decks, a large dining room table and private bedroom and baths for the adults. The kids enjoyed their "bunkbed room" and we all enjoyed our short walk to the gorgeous beach! We also loved the convenience of nearby amenities and the Gulf Shores community in general. We will definitely return and hope this beach house will be available when we do!

The place was nice, clean, walking distance to beach. The queen bed in BR2 was not comfortable, like sleeping directly on the springs, but others were fine. Was lacking sheetpans or cookie sheets and a pitcher to make tea. So we bought both and left them there. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The pictures are completely accurate for this super cute house! From bath towels to a fully stocked kitchen we had everything we needed, plus more! Our group had plenty of space to hang out without feeling cramped. The location was perfect! A super quick walk to the beach and a short scenic drive into town. The outside shower, grill, and large patios were all so convenient and used a lot! We only had minor issues during our stay. The beach access parking pass in the home was from 2022 we messaged Brian multiple times and he responded incredibly fast each time, but we never received a current pass. I don’t think this was in his control, but whoever is in charge of the neighborhood and it didn’t stop us from enjoying our time. The mini fridge in the kitchen would have been a perfect place for drinks but it had a horrible smell so we just shut it and crammed everything in the big fridge. We would definitely stay here again and only regret not staying longer this trip!

Great place! We all had a wonderful time. Only thing is the step down by the air conditioner you can't really see and we had 2 people fall the first day. Something needs to be put on that step so people can see it. Other than that it fit our crew perfectly.

The location of the property was phenomenal. Literally less than five minutes from the beach. Hardly anybody was on the beach because of its privacy. Family absolutely loved it. We were able to stay at the beach and it seems like we had it to ourselves virtually the entire week. The only thing that was a minor issue is that the master bathroom shower has a crack in the floor and needs to be replaced. Look forward to returning soon!

Great location and wonderful house. Nice view of the beach from the deck. Comfortable accommodations with plenty of space. Has nearly everything you will need for your stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, so if you have a cart to carry your things, you will not need to rent a golf cart. Only recommendation I have is to bring extra dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. They do provide starters but you may run out! The is a small convenience store very close for most things.

Having three bathrooms in a house that size was great. It was clean and well kept on the inside. There were a few books and games we appreciated on our down times from the beach. The floors had some sand but I imagine being so near the beach it's got to be difficult to get every bit of it every time. Everything else was spotless. Love the house. I had a little trouble with all the stairs, since I was scheduled for hip replacement when returning home. Truly enjoyed the stay. The only thing I needed was a full length mirror in the house. Love the dining table..... got alot done there.

Great place to stay. Very close to the beach. Kitchen is large enough and stocked with plenty of pots and pans to cook at the house. Beds, pillows, sheets and blankets were all good, clean and plentiful. The third room can be tight as there are 6 beds in it. Be prepared to bring your own salt, pepper, trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher soap to make it through your trip. You will only be provided with one of each. Consider there is a short gravel road to the house. This place is about 20 minutes from all of the shops, restaurants and other touristy things. Definitely would stay again.

If you want to stay in a great house on the quiet end of the beach, then this place is it. Beach access in walking distance or beach parking available. Incredible house with all you could want with comfortable beds. Also a great deck shower and water house for cleaning up. We loved the local restaurants too and only a 15 minute drive to the main part of Gulf Shores. We had zero complaints but made some awesome memories. This house is great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea's the Day. It was a nicely furnished home within walking distance to the beach, and we could even enjoy the view of the ocean from the back deck. We loved the beach area that we had access to also! The home had a nice contemporary feel compared to the other rentals we had looked at. It was perfect for our family as far as bedroom and bathroom space. Our only complaints would be that a couple things were not as clean as expected, coffee maker, etc., and the instructions from the management were a little too general for all rentals, so a couple things were confusing, but when we called the management they were very friendly. Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely come back again.

Excellent vacation!

Completely renovated three bedroom beach house. We were able to have three generations live together for a week very comfortably. Beautifully decorated, spacious, close to the beach but not on the beach so safe for children. Incredible decks great for watching the sun rise and set.
