About Yellow Bird
Located on a quiet street just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Yellow Bird stands tall and offers a fabulous location. This home can comfortably sleep 10 people in picturesque Fort Morgan, away from the crowds and large condo buildings.
Inside Yellow Bird guests will find an open floor plan on the first floor that also includes 1 of the master bedrooms. This master has a king bed, full bathroom and a television. Everyone will appreciate the convenience of the half bathroom and laundry room located on this floor as well. Access to the open deck is through the living area or from the stairs that lead up from the driveway.
Moving upstairs guests will be happy to find a bonus living area that includes a comfy sofa and a television. The other 4 bedrooms are located on this floor, including the second master, bedroom #2. The second master has a king bed, TV and a full private bathroom. There is another full bathroom on this floor for bedrooms 3, 4 and 5.
Outside on the large open deck guests can soak up the sun, enjoy the breeze and view the gorgeous sunsets. Underneath the home, guests will find a shady place to park, a charcoal grill close to the driveway and an enclosed outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off the sand after a long day in the sun!

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

We had 2 families (9 in total) that stayed for 6 days and it was perfect! Proximity to beach was our favorite aspect. Our only issues were the upstairs showers are difficult to adjust temperature and some of the plugs allow your chargers to fall out. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next summer. Highly recommend Ywllow Bird. Make sure you read your check in email. You will need to bring dish washer tabs, trash bags, and laundry soap if you have more than a few people staying.

We enjoyed our stay at Yellowbird. Everything was nice and clean, plenty of space for our group of 10. Lots of dishes, linens, silverware. Blender works great, we used it to make milkshakes 🙂 Just steps to the ocean! Theres a couple of restaurants pretty close by, Sassy Bass was great! Wasnt highly impressed with Tacky Jack's We will definitely be staying here again!

Steps from the water, clean, plenty of space, perfect for our two daughters and our two year old Yorkie. Wouldn't change a thing and would highly recommend to anybody!

Zero complaints, the property was clean, a very short walk to the sand, awesome location, and a very enjoyable vacation with no issues at all. We would recommend Yellow Bird to anybody looking for a great getaway, especially with a pet!

The property was awesome! The location to the beach is the best and allowed room for all 8 of us. The best part was drinking coffee on the porch watching the sunrise. We hope to use this house again next year!

It is not near any condos so the beach had plenty of room. Beautiful area and not far to visit Ft Morgan, I do recommend that. The house was accommodating to our needs. We did cook and found plenty of pots and pans, dishes and cups for 12 people. The property owner was available and responded immediately when I reached out with a question. I would visit it again. Again, I am thankful to have used their home for our trip.
