About Brighter Outlook I
Located in the scenic community of The Dunes in Fort Morgan, Brighter Outlook I is one half of a large duplex. Each side features 5 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 16 guests. At Brighter Outlook I, guests are immediately greeted with the home's sunny exterior. It's impossible not to feel brighter here! Located a short walk or just a few seconds drive from easy beach access with parking, Brighter Outlook I offers guests the ease of being near the beach and also the convenience of a community pool nearby! After a day of swimming, enjoy the breeze and the view from one of the home's covered decks.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with the wide-open and bright living area with a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy the views of the dunes from the wall-to-wall windows! The living space flows into the dining space which offers plenty of seating at the table and the bar. Conveniently located off the dining space is a second sitting area with another TV so kids can enjoy a movie separately from the main living room. This area also has a sleeper sofa for 2 guests. The newly renovated kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals while on vacation. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and necessary cookware and dishes provide all the comforts of home! A private charcoal grill is available for use as well.
The main floor also features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV, and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Moving upstairs, guests will find 4 more bedrooms starting with the master. The incredibly spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed, stunning Gulf views from a private balcony, and a TV. Within the master, the oversized closet has a set of twin bunk beds to keep the kids close but give them their own space. The equally impressive master bathroom features a huge walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding in the evenings! Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature queen beds and TVs. Bedroom 5 is a spacious room that sleeps 4 in one queen bed and a set of twin closet bunks. The upstairs bedrooms share a jack and jill hall bathroom.
Not only can large families and groups enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation at Brighter Outlook I, the furry family members can also join the fun as well! Up to two dogs are allowed with additional fees!
This is a duplex with up to 2 cars for parking per side.
About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

Brighter Outlook was all that we hoped it would be and more. We had a large group. There was plenty of room. It was clean, well stocked, plenty of towels...I can't say enough about this place. We definitely hope to go back!

We rented Brighter Outlook I and II to comfortably fit our HUGE family of 24. The houses were super clean, very spacious and comfortable. The beach is within walking distance and there is a pretty nice neighborhood pool up the block.Office was very friendly and helpful, and communication was very helpful. This is our second year renting this property and cannot wait to go back next year!Highly recommend this property.

Great stay in Ft Morgan, Alabama! Harris does an excellent job communicating and responding promptly to questions. The house was great with a great pool access in the community and a short walk to the beach! Harris Vacation will be our first choice in booking next year!

We stayed at brighter outlook 1 and it was great for our extended family stay! We had a few issues that were quickly remedied! Harris is definitely attentive to their guests. We were a short walk from the beach and had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay at brighter outlook! There was plenty of space for us all and the kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. We had a view of the ocean from our porch ( suggestion for bar height seating to see over railing) the distance to the beach is walkable, however we brought a golf cart and it made the trip back and forth much easier. The pool was super close, but was closed 4 of our 5 days , we weren't sure why. There is a marina and restaurant right across the street that we enjoyed having easy access to! Although this listing is a duplex we had no issue sharing the parking or garage space with the other family renting. Over all a great place!! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies needed. Great week!

Didn't quite know what to expect. The layout of the house was great for the 13 of us. A block from the beach. Noticed a drain pipe leak and maintenance was there within a couple hours. We were extremely happy with the entire process.

My husband and I brought our daughters, their spouses, and our grandchildren to Fort Morgan for the second time. This Beachhouse was perfect to accommodate a group of 15, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. They were very responsive to an AC issue we had. Great place to stay!

Our family of 16 had a great time here. The pool and beach are close. House was big enough for us to enjoy and have space. There are two restaurants and two grocery stores close. Otherwise, Gulf Shores is a 25 minute drive - and very hectic.

Property is about a 20-min drive to Gulf Shores. But only a short walk to the beach! While sometimes it was inconvenient to not have food/attractions nearby, the great thing is the beach on the property was not crowded. House had an open kitchen, dining, and living areas that comfortably fit our group of 13.

We were a family of 14. This house was very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. It was a short walk to beach and we were able to keep our tent up on the beach all week long with all our beach chairs under it. No one bothered it. The pool is older and seems to be a bit crowded at times. I have no complaints. I would suggest that the owner of this home purchase new outdoor furniture because the outdoor furniture is old and falling apart. We would stay again.

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean, spacious, and bright. Loved the beach parking for unloading. The management was friendly and very accommodating. The only reason why I gave location a 4 star is because it is a little far from grocery stores and shopping. This is the perfect place to get away from the crowds once you get all your supplies.

There was a slight bump in the checkin process. The property was not clean on arrival. Being aware that the 3:30 check-in time is an estimate, it was still a bit discouraging to drive 7 hours, have 8 adults and 4 really tired children have to sit and wait for the property to be cleaned. It was approx 9pm before we were able to check in. Once we got settled, it was incredible!!! Our family fit nicely and could easily have slept 4-6 more people comfortably. The location is wonderful and the price was beyond affordable! I will absolutely stay here again!!!
