Thanks so much for your time today to discuss our window project and rental pricing! I tell my wife at least once a week how happy I am to be with Harris and how great it is to work with you, Ava, Autumn, Lenetta and the maintenance guys. You all are so responsive and always seem to be a step ahead of us. This pricing situation is another example of that. I know you told me months ago that you all monitor pricing, but I had no idea your process was so robust and occurred every week. This one booking just generated an extra $700 of rental revenue for us this year and it’s solely because of the actions you all took. I honestly thought it was an error because I didn’t realize the depth of the analysis and dynamic price changes that are happening behind the scenes. I knew Harris was outstanding, but clearly didn’t know the full extent of how outstanding you all are!
