Welcome to the East Point Cottages where you can get Kissed By The Sun! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is waiting for you in the heart of Gulf Shores. The home features 2 master bedrooms plus a third bedroom that sleeps 4, all of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. The pool is steps away where there is plenty of room for guests to relax. On the covered balcony guests can enjoy dining outside or just feeling the Gulf breeze. The Gulf State Park is a 4 minute walk from this community as well as several popular restaurants.
About Kissed By The Sun
Kissed By The Sun is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage that also includes a full size sofa sleeper in the living area. The main level features open concept living at its best, featuring a kitchen, dining, living area, and half bathroom. Guests will enjoy family movie night on the 50” LCD Smart TV while they relax on the sectional sofa. The master bedroom is also on this floor. It has a king bed, TV, and a beautiful private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Moving upstairs, the second master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. Down the hall is bedroom #3, this room has a queen bed as well as a twin bunk bed, enough room for 4 people. This bedroom also includes a private bathroom and a mounted TV.
Outside, guests can enjoy the covered balcony and the community pool. The beach access is 100 steps to the stoplight with a crosswalk that guides you over. The Gulf State Park, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, and many restaurants are all within walking distance.
The prime location of Kissed By The Sun in the heart of Gulf Shores is the perfect spot for your family vacation.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

Great location. Perfect for 2 families with children!
Everything was as listed, right next to the pool, short walk to the beach, and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. not one real complaint. Excellent week. .House was very clean well equipped for a rental.
Kissed By The Sun is in a great location and is a super clean and fantastic unit! Unit was equipped perfectly. Easy access and parking. We will stay there again next time!
The house was perfect and cozy. The beach was literally a quick walk away. The pool was a huge plus as was the location to grocery, restaurants, attractions, etc. will definitely stay here again.
This place was wonderful for our two families. Plenty of room, all of the amenities, and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place and would definitely consider booking again.
It was spacious, close to the beach and many places to eat and shop. We will definitely be returning!
We really enjoyed our stay at Kissed by the Sun! There were a few things that needed maintenance but they responded quickly and fixed the issues in a timely manner. The walk to the beach was very close and easy! The kitchen cookware was not great, but it was sufficient. The pool was a very nice amenity when you needed a break from the beach. Overall, it was an excellent home for our family vacation!
This house was perfect! Great location to the beach and restaurants. House was clean and newer, would definitely stay again. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. The one thing I would say it to bring hand soap or hand sanitizer as there was no soap in kitchen or bathrooms.

Good place to stay
This condo has a great layout for large groups and we found it very comfortable. It’s super convenient to the local attractions and we thoroughly enjoyed walking across the street to the beach or a short stroll to amazing restaurants and shopping. It was a fabulous stay with absolutely no issues. The only item you might want to bring along are sand toys. We ran over to Dollar General and bought a selection but with the amazing beach location, sand toys are a must.
Lovely service, easy check-in and checkout! Beautiful amenities, great location. The house was perfect everything you could have wanted from a vacation home!
This property is close to everything has plenty of room for everyone. And a perfect couch for family movie nights and hanging out after a long day in the sun!
