Pelican Paradise 

Pelican Paradise is a beach front 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with gulf front views.  The master bedroom with a queen bed has incredible Gulf Front views that will not disappoint. The two guest rooms each sleep two with a full bed in each room and share a bathroom. Added bonus in guest room one is private access to the spacious deck, so wake up and step out to the relaxing sound of the waves rolling in. In between,  you will find the spacious living room on the beach side and kitchen dining room on the road side. The spacious deck is perfect for entertaining guest and watching the amazing Alabama sunset every evening

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Excellent experience, would/will rent from Harris and this cottage again, for sure. As described, very clean, great guest instructions and excellent communication. The location is great for a quiet beach experience, we had the beach to ourselves the entire stay. We discovered the clothes dryer wasn't working and Harris responded to my text within the hour. if you're looking for fancy upscale beach accommodations this isn't for you, but if you want a simple place to stay while at the beach, you've found it.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The location is beautiful, the house is right on the water and is very comfortable! We even had a issue with our heater and not only did they have someone out to check but he actually replaced the whole heater within hours! Can’t say enough good things, we will for sure be coming back.

Amazing location, truly ON the beach! House is older but very clean and comfy. We enjoyed everything even though the main AC was acting up. Before we got there, management placed nice portable AC units in each room to help take stress off the main unit. It was a wonderful vacation!

Great location. You pull up onto sand with a view of the beach even from your car. We loved the patio with the locked gate so dogs could be free to roam on the deck while we watched the ways. Away from touristy area. So nice!

We really enjoyed the property. We loved the patio and especially the lockable gate. We didn't see that in pics so brought our own gate with us. That ended up staying in car along with our beach chairs. One complaint - I reached out beforehand and was told there was no beach chairs umbrellas etc. I brought my own but actually didn't need them as the property did have stuff plus a grill. That was annoying but still. Great property and view as promised.

This was a family vacation to get our of the house after a long winter of Covid. We had lots of beach time, grilling time, and visited our parents at Tacky Jacks for dinner. We enjoyed waking up early in the morning and collecting shells and watching dolphins from the deck.

We had a fantastic time. The location was amazing-our kids could play on the beach while we grilled on the deck. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. Very relaxing vacation. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, although our parents visit frequently. The kids all want to come back and we would love to stay on the beach here again.

Beautiful week on the Beach

The location is amazing! It is just steps away from the ocean and perfect for our family beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood, spaced out homes, and pet friendly beach made for an excellent getaway. The home was very clean and everything was in working order. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a week worth of meals and there were 2 local stores/shops very close and we were only an easy 20 minute drive away from larger/big-box stores. We truly enjoyed it and would stay again.

This company is the absolute best! Came to our rescue when another company fell through the day of our arrival and offered us a beautiful home on Dauphin Lane right off the beach, Then to top it off, gave us gift cards to Tacky Jacks and had an amazing Ruby Reds lunch. We already found a Harris rental for October 2021 on the beach and made our deposit. Come visit Fort Morgan with a Harris Rental as your host. Thank you so much! We had a lovely time!

Beach Vacation 2020

The location to the beach is right on. All in all the beach house was good. It could use a little updating. The sand is clean and white. The beach house accommodate our two fur babies and they loved looking out off of the deck watching people on the beach. Our family (our son and his family (6) and us) loved our awesome vacation and will definitely use it again.

Amazing! My family stayed at Pelican Paradise in Fort Morgan,Alabama and it was simply Beautiful and an Amazing stay! Gorgeous House and Amazing View! We were right on the beach and the price was Great for the view and the Amazing House!! We will definitely be booking our yearly family vacation with Harris Properties Again!!
