Phoenix V 1501

Welcome to Phoenix V. This beautiful corner Penthouse is spacious and open with great views from almost every room! This east corner condo is a rare opportunity, it's the only four-bedroom condo in this building. The amenities at Phoenix V are hard to beat and its convenient location makes it popular with owners and renters alike.
This unit is unique for many reasons. For one, it's a combination of 2 units; 1501 and 1502, meaning guests can enjoy two primary suites along with two other bedrooms. Both primary suites include an ensuite bathroom and balcony access. Another fun feature - each bedroom has its own TV. The full kitchen includes a double oven for cooking for a large group.

Guests will have access to a variety of shared amenities including pools, hot tubs, a fitness room, and basketball and racquetball courts.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

 We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
