This 5000 square foot home offers 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and can sleep up to 24 people. Your furry friends can also join the fun, this home allows up to 2 dogs with an additional fee(s). With multiple balconies, a private pool, a private beach walkover and ample parking, Sunrays is the perfect spot for your next multi- family or large group vacation!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

Sixteen of us - my three daughters, their husbands and their eight kids (ages 8 through 17) had a ball. Plenty of bedrooms for all - especially the bunks for the younger cousins. Plenty of dining space, great beach access. Highly recommended. Could use more stove space and a pingpong table. But it was great!
Sunray’s was a great place for our family of 21. Plenty of space inside the house and on the beach for us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. We had a great time making memories and look forward to coming back!
Sunrays was the perfect place for our large family group! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out in the house and on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. The fence around the pool was a plus even though we spent all of our time on the beach. Beautiful weather - beautiful memories!! We will be back!!
House and location was great, plenty of parking and well stocked. Only problem we had was the kitchen being on the 3rd row of steps, not so great for us old folks. Overall we loved it
We had a wonderful time, our only problem was biting flies on Monday.
Nice spacious house with large kitchen. Didn’t like kitchen on top floor, too much walking up and down stairs. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Would have likes two or 3 bedrooms to have 2 queen or double beds . Easier for families with small kids. Overall a very nice place.

Sunrays was everything we expected. We had a wonderful time. House was large enough for everyone to spread out and not be on top of one another. Very well furnished kitchen. Pool and beach were great. Would definitely stay again.
The listing on the house was very accurate. The house was very roomy and was in a great location with a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!
