Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

The location and beach were great, clean.
Older property that is well maintained. It was great for a large family gathering.
This property was everything as advertised and exceptionally close to the beach. I would absolutely recommend for large family vacations. Thank you!
This was the third or maybe fourth time we have rented from Harris Properties for our Easter Beach trip. We always travel with a large group (15+) and Harris Properties has always been good to us. We find upscale beach houses in beautiful areas. Always a good time.
We brought our church youth group for a spring break trip and it was fabulous! The house was perfect for our group of 21! We loved having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers on the main floor. The extra kitchen and living area on the 3rd floor was awesome too! I do have a few suggestions. We would have loved to have some chairs, nets, buckets, etc. that were at the rental somewhere for us to use. We had such a large group with so much luggage that we couldn’t bring any of that so it would have been nice if there was some there to use. Also, I would suggest putting hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels and swimsuits. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and closets. We loved the living room with the open windows and the kitchen was great for our large group as well. It is a great house and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

Love the space in this home! Perfect for a large family with many small children. Loved the porch, having two full kitchens and extra fridge space. The views are terrific.
Harris Vacations was absolutely amazing during our stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect in our home. USA, our rental property, was gorgeous. We had a few snags and they addressed everything immediately. Our AC wasn't keeping up on a Sunday afternoon and they had it fixed within hours. We're absolutely coming back for more family time next year! Thank you for a truly fantastic week in paradise.
