About A License To Chill B

A License To Chill B is just one half of the newly renovated A License To Chill vacation home and can be rented by itself. The “B’ side of the duplex can accommodate up to 13 people plus 2 family pets. Lounging on the beach, taking a dip in the pool, testing your angling skills in the surf, or just enjoying a cool beverage on the private deck area are some of the things you and your family will enjoy! 

Inside A License To Chill B on the 1st floor you will find open concept living that is bright and full of updates. The living area provides comfortable seating with a mounted TV and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining table seats 8 and is next to the fully equipped kitchen. A full bathroom as well as bedroom #2 are also found on the 1st floor. Bedroom #2 will sleep 2 in a queen bed, TV and an entrance into the full bathroom.

Moving up the stairs in this updated home to the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Bedroom #3 features a king bed, TV, private balcony, Gulf views, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, TV and a private bathroom.

Up on the top floor is the large master bedroom. This room sleeps 4 in a king bed and a bunk bed. There are Gulf views and a private balcony as well as a TV and private full bathroom.

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
