Always Summer

Make it summertime any time at Always Summer! This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home features ample living space with two expansive floors and over 2000 square feet in the prime West Beach area of Gulf Shores.  Located in the Pass Time Community, Always Summer is just steps from both the Gulf Beach and a local favorite beach Little Lagoon Pass. This low-density community has a sparkling pool shared by only nine homes! With the pool directly outside the door and the newly constructed fishing pier, guests can experience what Gulf Shores has to offer without leaving their home! If activity is your thing, Always Summer is just a five-minute drive to the center of town for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Summer never has to end at Always Summer!

About Always Summer

Always Summer is the perfect beach home for your large family or even multiple families, with ample space for 12 guests and parking for up to 4 cars. On the main level, gleaming hardwood floors, a wide open floor plan, and wall-to-wall windows are the cornerstones of coastal elegance. Tasteful decor, plenty of seating, and a 60-inch TV provide an excellent space for entertaining and relaxing to the sound of the waves outside. The fully stocked kitchen has counter space for preparing meals for a crowd and the window overlooking the pool brings the outside in. On the huge covered deck, relax in the captains' chairs and enjoy the breeze! The main floor also features one bedroom with a king-sized bed and TV as well as one full bathroom. 

Moving upstairs, the huge master suite has its own private balcony with plenty of seating and a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit outside and relax before bed to the sounds of the beach. Guests will also find a TV and an expansive master bathroom with dual sinks. Across the hall is another king bedroom with a TV and a private bathroom. Finally, down the hall is the kid's retreat, a bunk room equipped with a TV, DVD player, private full bathroom, and two sets of bunk beds, one full and one twin to sleep 6.  

Outside Always Summer, guests are just steps to a local favorite beach, Little Lagoon Pass. The Pass is the perfect swimming spot for families with children, featuring beautiful white sand, sparkling shallow water, and the perfect location to launch a kayak for a day of fishing. Speaking of fishing, follow the paved walking path to the brand new fishing pier, stretching 100 feet out over little lagoon, and enjoy a day of reeling them in! Bring a propane tank and grill up your catch on the large gas grill provided for guest use.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated from March 1 - May 31 and again from September 1 - December 31.

Great house, cleaners did not dust or sweep very well. We had a party of 8 and never felt crowded. Close to the beach and also had a community pool. Outside grill did not work but we made it. Bring all condiments, trash bags, paper towels and everything as there is nothing in the house.

Overall, we had an amazing time. The house was clean, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. We had adults, kids, teens and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but the they were very quick to respond and got everything taken care of. My only con would be that the lagoon is not quite as described. There is not near as much sand as shown in the picture. I have littles and was hoping it would be a good spot for them to play, but there was one little sand spot that was surrounded by water. Not sure if you had to get there super early, to beat the tide or that was just how it was. Overall, we would come back. Not a terrible walk to the beach, the house was great, and we enjoyed the pool!

This was our backup plan after the first house we booked was sold just before our writing retreat. It worked out for the best! The house was clean and comfortable. It was nice that each person/ couple had a private room and bath. My family and I celebrated New Years Eve weekend at this awesome house. The weather was a little cloudy, but that didn't stop us from fishing with the grandkids at the pier on the bay side as well as under the bridge on the gulf side. We fit 4 families in this unit and had ample room on the two decks that gave beautiful views of the gulf and the sunsets. Great location, and close to town for restaurants and the Track.

We had a glorious time at Always Summer! It served our family of 11 perfectly - especially the large closet for our youngest grandson to be able to nap well 🙂 We found that having the pool right out the back door was our saving grace.....all the other grandsons spent hours there!! We loved having the two separate balconies, especially ours attached to the Master Suite 🙂 The kitchen was a Perfect size for multiple members in and out fixing meals, and the tie in to the eating areas and family room was a wonderful combination. It was also Very helpful to have a bathroom to every bedroom after our days at the beach 🙂 Finally the attached storage unit was a Godsend with ALL of our beach gear AND the baby's supplies! The ONLY drawback is that the beach access is a little bit of a haul when having to take SO much for our whole group. We Will return for sure!!

My family and I stayed at the always summer property by Lagoon Pass. This was our second time staying at this property, it has a little wear and tear on it but to be expected, the only downfall was that there was not a regular coffee pot just a Keurig but that did not stop our enjoyment of the beautiful property and Fun filled week. The walk to the beach is super convenient and short and you have the option of the pool in the back. Can't wait to come back soon!

My children, grandchildren, and I had a great beach/pool week as we enjoyed our stay in Always Summer (PassTime #7). The house had almost everything one could possibly need to prepare meals for our hungry crowd. Even a sharpener for the knives. The house was very comfortable with plenty of seating. And the sleeping was very comfortable, too, as the beds were all comfy. The children loved being together in the bunk room! Since there are plenty of great restaurants around, there is never a problem finding delicious seafood. My son and daughter enjoyed fishing and my son caught three delicious speckled trout which we cooked in the house.You will enjoy your stay in Always Summer since the pool is right outside the door and the beach is a short safe walk. Perfect for all of us since we had three children from 6-8. Harris Properties made our stay very nice. They were just a phone call away if we needed anything.

Our family had a great time. Beautiful home and able to see the beach from the balcony. Close to lagoon beach behind the house and actual beach access is across the street. House was wonderful and definitely recommend for families with kids. We have a toddler, and the home was great for him to run around and play. The floor might needed to be cleaned better as we found some bits of candy here and there on the floor as arriving at the property but overall we had a great stay!

We stayed here for our family vacation and my kids can't wait to go back! The beach is right across the street... the pool is right behind the house... the lagoon is to the back and side of the house. Perfect for them to do whatever they wanted! The house was beautiful and clean and plenty of space for my large family! 13 total including 3 babies. My only feedback would bring your own Tupperware and coffee filters because nothing like that is provided. And the towels were 2 per bathroom. A few more would have been nice! The WiFi signal is weak and speeds are slow. Those are minor complaints tho! The quality of kitchen items was great with lots of silverware and dishes and cookware! The furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating for all of us. This place was wonderful!

Headed to the Gulf Shores for a trip with family, friends or a couples retreat? Well this is the place for you. Starting with the fact that it's a new construction, in a neighborhood of (nearly) completed homes.. you start off your trip with a great feeling. Private parking for up to 4 under the house, and its at the end of the row so there is definitely room for a few more. Right behind the house you'll also find the pool area which is great for a quick swim. Entering the home you'll notice that the owners didn't spare a moment of their time while decorating and situating this place. The great room (Family, dining, and kitchen) is perfectly suited for every size group and perfect for hosting a big family dinner! And if you need a moment to get away from the rest of the group, there is a nice big deck right off the first floor. Also, don't forget, the beach is right across the street! There is one bedroom on the first floor with a king bed & semi-private bathroom. Once you go upstairs there is the master and another room both with the most comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. The master also has it's own private deck. The last bedroom is awesome w 1 bunk bed that has full-size beds and another that has twins. Definitely, recommend booking this property no matter what kind of vacation you're taking.

Perfect location with excellent amenities

I stayed at this property in August of 2016 for a business-related trip with two coworkers. This property is brand new, and is located in a perfect location directly across the street from the beach. The new development includes a handful of similar properties, as well as a common pool that was available for use, and was brand new and as clean as could be. This house is immaculate inside. Everything is brand new, and in perfect condition. The kitchen included all of the materials and kitchenware you could ever imagine, and the open floor plan allowed for a great environment for entertaining. The huge back deck also afforded great views of the ocean across the street, and beach access was just steps away. The house is furnished beautifully, and every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, and everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips, in terms of amenities. This would be a great property for a large family trip, or even a weekend away with a group of friends. The location was great-a short ride to numerous shops and restaurants, and the beach with public access right across the street. Parking was great (house had it's own parking area underneath.) Brian and Jon were extremely helpful, efficient, and accommodating. They took the time to show us the property, tell us about nearby attractions, and even came to collect immediate feedback at the end of our stay, asking if there might be anything that they could improve, or that we lacked during our stay (which there wasn't.) Overall, this is an absolutely stunning property that left nothing to be desired, and I would highly recommend it. I hope to return someday!!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable house, great location with a very short walk to the beach, the pool right behind the house, and nice walking trail and fishing pier just behind the community. Loved the balconies on both levels, the huge master bedroom and bathroom and the very functional bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. Pool being heated in March was a bonus. We would definitely come back and stay again!
