Nemo’s Grotto

Nemo's Grotto is a beachfront home with a private saltwater pool that overlooks the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee for year-round enjoyment! Nemo's Grotto will comfortably sleep up to 14 guests in 4 bedrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living area and a loft area. Nemo's Grotto has recently undergone a complete renovation and is now a new, beautiful, coastal-themed home. Nemo's Grotto has a private saltwater pool under the home where guests can escape after a long day in the sun and take a dip. This home is pet-friendly so bring Fido along for the family fun!

About Nemo’s Grotto

From its cheerful blue exterior, to the brand new coastal chic furniture inside, Nemo’s Grotto is the perfect vacation home for your next Alabama beach vacation! Outside, guests will find a private patio overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy relaxing on the beach or soaking in the home's private shaded saltwater pool underneath the home. There is also plenty of space below the home for relaxing or enjoying a meal in the shade at the picnic tables.

On the main floor, guests are greeted with comfortable new furniture in the living area and a gorgeous, open kitchen with a view! Along with the breathtaking view, the living room features a pull out sofa to sleep 2 guests, a comfortable seating area, and a large TV. The open kitchen and dining area are stocked with everything you need for preparing meals, seating for 8 at the dinner table and 4 at the breakfast table, along with seating for 2 at the bar and gleaming new countertops.

Also on the main level, guests will find all 4 bedrooms and a spiral staircase to the upstairs loft! The master bedroom has a king bed to sleep 2, a full bath and an LCD TV. Bedroom #2 has a king bed to sleep 2, an attached bath and an LCD TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed to sleep 2, a full bath and an LCD TV. Bedroom #4 has 2 bunk beds great for the kids and is equipped to sleep 4 and has an LCD TV. The upstairs loft has a twin sized race car bed and an LCD TV.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nemo's Grotto. We were there 2 months. It was our 3rd year in a row there. We have also booked it for next year for 2 months. Everything was fine. The place was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Also, it was really nice to have an umbrella outside for the table for some shade. This was the first year there was one

Our stay at Nemo’s Grotto was wonderful! The layout is ideal, the location is perfect, and the decor is lovely and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable and the pool under the house, which we were already excited about, became a lifesaver with several days of red flags due to rip tides. Proximity to the beach can’t be beat; we love being right on the water. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked; the hosts thoughtfully provided every kitchen item we could possibly need. We even had one table for dining and one for our annual jigsaw puzzle. We had zero problems and had such relaxing family time here. We truly enjoyed this property and would definitely stay again.

Location is perfect, layout makes it comfortable for multiple families/couples. Check In/Out was a breeze. The pool is the selling point, located in the shade at all times, the water was refreshing after a day in the hot sun on the beach. Definitely recommend this place!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The boys loved the pool! ?. We loved the deck out back but the furniture needs replaced. Two of the chairs were about to break and were not safe to sit in. A few more chairs on the deck would be nice. The table by the grill is too big and takes up too much room.

We had a wonderful week. Y'all are so easy to work with. The house was even better than described. SPOTLESS when we got there. The pool under house was perfect when you came in from the beach. I would suggest some dish rags. There was plenty dish towels. More than likely some one accidently took the rags home with them. The 88 year old mother in law said this house was her favorite so far. Y'all are now our #1 rental company. We look forward to booking again with you.

We have been very happy with the place especially since we have been staying here for 2 months. We have also booked the place for next year 2 months January and February. Also, because we stay 2 months, we take care of the place like our own home and try to keep it neat and clean. We like the fact that it is well stocked in the kitchen with lots of cooking items. We like that it has a side by side washer and dryer. The place is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and just a 1 story. It is nice that the place has been renovated with new kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures.

Great Vacation

Our family of 10 has made a summer beach trip for over 10 years. This is first year to rent a beach house, and we all enjoyed virtually everything about it! The house itself was so clean and updated with appliances and the private pool was the best feature for most of us! There were several places nearby to fish as well as right off the beach and one child loved that. As you can tell we will definitely be back here or another Harris property. No disappointments! CK

Great location, we loved being right on the beach. House was very clean and updated. It was nice to have a pool...a little cold without a heater but it didn't seem to bother the kids! Management company was great and very responsive to minor issue we encountered. Overall, great place to stay!

The house was beautiful and recently updated. You can't beat staying right on the beach and being so close to the attractions of Gulf Shores. My only recommendation would be to have a heater installed in the pool so that it can be used during the winter months.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. Your company and staff were absolutely wonderful at disseminating information to us to keep us updated on the status of our vacation during both hurricanes, Sally and Delta. We received the email updates and exchanged many texts with your dedicated staff. They answered all of our questions as we were scheduled to come during Delta and were driving in from Louisiana.I did want to write to mention that the pool was not usable due to a tremendous amount of sand and other debris at the bottom. I took pictures if you would like for me to send. We never even got into the pool but did thoroughly enjoy the beach.We have rented from you a couple of times and each time we have been very satisfied. Thanks again!

We had a truly wonderful family vacation in Nemo's Grotto. The house was lovely and well clean when we arrived. The grandkids loved the bunk room, and our teenage grandson liked having the loft all to himself. We enjoyed the pool, just wish it had been a little warmer (of course we expected it to be cooler being under the house).

The house was beautiful and the private pool and being directly on the beach made it easier and more enjoyable for my family. The home was just perfect, not too big and very homey. Great Getaway

Loved the location. Just 2 miles from the Hungout which my family loves. Everything looked brand new. The full size washer and dryer were a plus. Would love to rent again soon. Great place for a family vacation.
