Pelican View because it has it all — new construction, lots of space, close to beach and pool, private setting, peaceful, and even pet friendly.

Summer Wind, Catalina, Bellingrath, Fountain of Youth, La Bella, Beach Dream, Island Winds, and Pelican View.

Best tip for making the most of your trip to the beach?
Bring your good humor and patience. Like life, everything is not always perfect on vacation, so roll with it and plan to have a good time no matter what. Things happen, weather can turn bad, things can break down, neighbors can be annoying, but that is life. Just enjoy!
