Welcome to 16 Sandals! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach house is nestled just a short stroll from the beach. Located in the Morgantown Community in Ft Morgan, you will have access to 2 community pools, 4 tennis courts, and beach access. 16 Sandals is the perfect home for your next family beach vacation!
About 16 Sandals
You will vacation in style with 4 bedrooms and 4 full private bathrooms, this home is equipped to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Upon entering the home you will be greeted with a wide-open and bright living area with a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The living space flows into the dining space which offers seating for 6 at the table and additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals while on vacation. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the necessary cookware and dishes provide all of the comforts of home! The large deck faces the Gulf and offers plenty of lounging room to soak in the views and relax with your favorite cocktail.
All 4 of the spacious bedrooms feature a television, ceiling fan, and private full bathrooms. The Master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed and access to the large deck. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have queen beds and Bedroom 4 sleeps 6 guests in 2 Twin over Queen bunk beds.
Come and get away for a while with this charming 4-bedroom home- and we mean really away! Twelve miles outside of Gulf Shores you’ll find your next vacation hideaway. The location is great for those who really want to be far from the hustle and bustle of a city. Set far apart from the noise of the main road with only a few neighbors, you’ll feel like you have an entire neighborhood to yourself. It’s the calm and quiet of Ft Morgan, where people go when they want nothing to worry about!

About Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely residential community located in Fort Morgan. Guests staying in Morgantown will have access to two community swimming pools, four tennis courts, and three boardwalks that provide direct access to the beach.
Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

Great location (3-5 minute walk from the beach). Beautiful home! The layout is perfect for a multi-family stay. It comfortably accommodated our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 kids).

Great location. Easy access to the beach. House is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room. If you stay save your money on renting a golf cart. The golf cart parking is further away than the closet pier. We just walked. Safe area. We set up our beach tents and chairs and left it there all week. Overall very enjoyable and the visit exceeded expectations!
Brought a small group of young teen girls to teach them that they are ENOUGH in the eyes of the Lord by encouraging them with His words about them and that they do not have to listen to anything that contradicts who He says they are! It was a great fun filled weekend.
We enjoyed our stay at Sandals16. We liked being away from the busyness. The beach was a short walk away. We liked playing pickle ball in the mornings. We had a great stay!
It was extremely peaceful and the house was just like the pictures. This place was in my budget which was great. This was my first vacation for my family. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was beautiful not high in traffic and we all had the most amazing time.
We had the best trip, it was full of baseball tournaments. It was so peaceful to unwind and relax after a full day on the field. We had all of the amenities we needed and great food wasn’t far away.
Great communication and quick assistance when needed. Highly recommend.
