A Salty Breeze

This was a work trip for our group and the house was perfect. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. Everything was clean and comfortable - we had everything we needed!

We absolutely loved this home! I loved being on the little lagoon and the sunsets were magical. We had a few issues pop up during our stay but they were handled quickly and seamlessly. I look forward to renting again next year! The kitchen setup with the two fridges and two dishwashers made it an easy spot to host!

House was very nice. Hot tub wasnt working but they were quick to reapond.

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoyed it very much. The only things we would have liked is welcome information and maybe some containers for leftovers. Otherwise this is a vacation home you could come to and not leave still feeling like you have had a relaxing vacation. This house really did have everything including two refrigerators and two dishwashers.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! We had a group is 20 and it was the perfect layout for all our families. And we loved being right on the bay and the ocean. Can’t wait to stay here again

The house was perfect-beautiful view of the lagoon with a private dock, easy access to the beach across the street. Big kitchen with all sorts of utensils (does need a few more pots but that was literally the only issue), two fridges, two dishwashers. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We had some high winds and a few short power outages, and maintenance was out right away to fix the issues. This was a perfect house for a group or big family. Rent with confidence!

We were there about a week. It was an amazing property and great location! Plenty of space for a large family. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year to holiday at Southern Comfort. A beautiful home that accommodates a large family. The owner and management are very responsive to guests' issues or concerns. We had a wonderful time and will visit again.

We had a great week at Southern Comfort! The house was beautiful and very clean! We enjoyed the deck overlooking the lagoon, and the hot tub/lap pool was a hit with everyone, especially our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren! We had beautiful views of the ocean and the lagoon. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out, yet the living room was nice and cozy! Harris realty was very responsive to our needs and communicated with us right away! Overall, it was a fantastic week!!!

Beautiful home, everything you could hope for in a vacation home. The ambience, the decor, everything was first class. We had a fabulous girls trip! Hope to do it again. You won't be disappointed in this vacation rental! Plenty of space, the bay is calm so no worries for kids, the bunk beds were adorable....just a great home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

The property is wonderful! It exceeded my expectations! Everything was new and well stocked for a large group. I was able to cook meals with everything I needed. The view was amazing and we all enjoyed our stay. We will definitely reserve this property again!

A Beach Paradise with a side of A Southern Comfort - YES PLEASE!! We rented two properties for a week each in January - A Southern Comfort and A Beach Paradise - and they were both incredible! We searched high and low to find the best properties and nothing in Gulf Shores compares to either. Everything about the houses scream luxury. The high-end finishes/appliances, the decor/furniture, the incredibly convenient (and not to mention gorgeous) ELEVATOR at A Beach Paradise and my oh my those master bathrooms - GORGEOUS! Not only are the inside of the homes comfortably cozy and chic, the outside has soooo many conveniences. The owners really did think of everything. Both have swim spas, heated patios and A Beach Paradise even has a dune walk that walks directly onto the beach. All the bedrooms at A Southern Comfort are HUGE and every room has their own full bath. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bunk rooms all have shower tubs, which made it soooo easy to bathe our littles! It honestly felt like we were in high end hotels the entire week. We will continue to stay at either property year after year after year. Let’s be real y’all, I would change my vacation dates to book around open weeks. Not only were the houses everything we wanted and more, Harris Properties was also incredibly easy and friendly to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for better luxury accommodations or property management company. We were able to truly reset and recharge without worrying about a thing! Thank you for our lovely winter vacation - we plan to see both houses again this summer!

The only bad thing I have to say it's that our trip was too short. We had an amazing time, the property was awesome, clean, stocked with enough towels, kitchen utensils, clean and very spacious. The spa was a hit for everyone!
