This second-tier gem has amazing Gulf views and private deeded beach access for all guests. A Blessing is also pet-friendly so bring Fido along to enjoy the seclusion and uncrowded beaches that Ft Morgan has to offer!

About A Blessing

This recently updated home is situated in the beautiful Gulf Coast area known for its miles of powder-soft, sugar-white sand, sparkling emerald-green waters, and a treasure trove of family-focused amusements! Inside the home, you'll find all the amenities you need for a fun family vacation! With all-new flooring and lots of new furnishings, your group will feel pampered from the get-go. The chef will appreciate the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen and the whole gang can lounge in the adjacent living room in front of the flat-screen while masterpieces are being prepared.

The main floor also features three of the home’s five bedrooms. You’ll find the main suite, with a flat-screen TV, king-sized bed, and en suite bathroom. Just down the hall, there’s a fun bunk room for the kids, with its own flat-screen and a convenient sink, and finally, there’s a bedroom with matching twin beds and a flatscreen of its own. Upstairs are the two remaining bedrooms, matching suites that each feature a king bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom, and a fun window seat overlooking the beach.

The community beach access is about a 5-minute walk from the home and Surfside Shores is a golf cart-friendly neighborhood so bring your own or rent one from one of the many local companies.

Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
