A Walk on Sand

House provided the perfect place for our family to be together for our much needed relaxing vacation. Plenty of private spaces for everyone as well as gathering space with room for the whole family that included me, my grown children and significant others, 6 grand children age 7 up to 17. The beach was beautiful and the pool was so enjoyed by all. The views from the porches were incredible.

A Walk on Sand was the perfect beach house for our family vacation. It housed 4 families comfortably, very clean, was one of the best stocked houses we have ever rented, beautifully decorated, refreshing pool, a quick walk to the beach (literally a couple of houses down and over the dunes), and decks on both sides of the house allowing a view of sunset and sunrise. We had one small issue which was remedied the same day by highly responsive staff. We enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this beautiful beach house for a relaxing and fun vacation.

We loved everything about “walk on the Sand”! We had a large family and the house accommodated us wonderfully! The elevator was a tremendous help as two members of our group had some disabilities. We will definitely be back!

A Walk On Sand in Fort Morgan was an amazing home! 4 bedrooms with king beds and two bunk rooms were great for our family which included 6 adults and 5 small children. The two decks had views of the ocean, which was lovely! One large kitchen with a huge table was on the top floor and a smaller one on floor 2. Plenty of pots, pans, silverware, dishes and small appliances. Everything was there! The walk to the beach was short and sweet. The private pool and the elevator were both greatly appreciated.We would go to the beach in the morning and at nap time, the adults enjoyed the pool! Late in the afternoon we would return to the beach! This was our first family beach trip with our daughters and their families. We hope to make this an annual event.Check in and check out was super easy. All done electronically!

Fabulous location and amazing house with TONS of room for everyone. We hope to return soon!

It went really well. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes and towels. The appliances were new and in very good shape, too. The house was well liked by my children and grandchildren and was very close to the beach. The view from the house of the beach was especially nice. The pool was heated and clean and was actually serviced by a pool company while we were there. The grand room on the third floor was set up perfectly for our group and numbers.Everyone loved the house and the beach.The house is three stories off the ground, but there is an elevator as a convenience to assist going in and out. The only hesitation was that the elevator locks were very unforgiving in that, if the doors were not closed properly, or promptly, you could not access the elevator because it locked itself. Actually, a good thing for safety but with little grandkids this requires diligence by parents to make sure the kids have not left them open. If you have to walk to the third floor there are 39 steps to get there. (Experience).We would rent this home again and look forward to returning there. Thanks for everything

The house was very nice and roomy. The pool was great to have also. The kitchen was probably the best stocked in any rental I have booked. The only issue was it had lots of ants in master bedroom and 2nd floor bathrooms.

A Walk In The Sand is a great property. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the ac units keep it nice and cool. Our family choose it bc of the elevator as we had our 90 year old parents along w grandkids 5-11 who enjoyed the pool. We look forward to our next trip to Ft Morgan!!

We stayed at A Walk on Sand and had a fantastic time. We had 6 different families from ages 1 to 91, and the house was perfect for us. The elevator made it super convenient for our grand mother to get up and down the stairs, and made bringing in all the luggage and groceries much less cumbersome. The walk to the beach was super short, and the pool was well maintained and cleaned when we arrived. Communication with the property managers was easy and efficient, which was much appreciated. If I had to point at one thing that could have been better, it would have been to have another full sized fridge on the 2nd level to make storing all our drinks and food a little bit more convenient, but it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely consider staying here again!

The property was excellent and the service was great. We gave Harris our family specs and allowed them to pick a house for us. It was perfect!

The house was just as described but more beautiful in person! It was clean and decorated very nicely. The walk to the beach is direct from the house and takes 2 minutes. Great pool too! We are planning to rebook for next summer.

We were so pleased with the property and the host. It was right on the beach, immaculately clean, functional and just as described in the listing. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Fort Morgan. Brian was accompanying and so was Harris properties!!!
