We stayed at the Avocet in Gulf Shores. The house was perfect. Had plenty of items we needed. The deck needs a lot of repairs and screens needed to be replaced but other than that we would definitely go back.

Our family stay was wonderful. Avocet had wonderful spaces to hang out, cook and sleep. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was great! It had everything we could have needed to cook meals for our large group. The two dishwashers, two sinks, refrigerator, wine fridge and ice machine were greatly appreciated. The deck, pool and screened porch were all used and enjoyed. We were steps from the beach. Views were amazing.

Spacious house, clean, ideally located, well equipped kitchen. Management very response to issues. Deck could do with an update.

I appreciate everything, and plan on using Harris for anything we do in the future because of it.

Harris Vacations was magnificent and easy to deal with during our stay. We didn't really hear from them because we didn't need to. The home was exquisite. We were beach front and the home had a pool. Nothing went wrong during our stay and the home was beautiful and clean. Check out instructions were easy and not burdensome.

First time staying and was extremely happy with the place. It was so much bigger than we expected. Would definitely recommend AWAY TIME to anyone. Just steps from the beach made things so easy. Will definitely be coming back soon.

This is our third time staying here and I couldn’t be happier! I wish I owned this house. The view is unbeatable. The house is perfectly set up so you can see the beach from everywhere. Clean, fully Stocked, and room for everyone. I will rent again and again. I love you avocet.

Was an amazing time for the beach life. Very roomy, comfortable and very clean house. Would rent this place again hands down. Only thing would be nice to have hand rails going up the steps from parking area to the house. Other then that amazing place and worth every penny.

Our family of 7 stayed in this house and had everything we needed. It was very clean and well stocked. The photos don’t lie. It really is right on the beach. We had a couple of questions and they responded quickly. We will definitely use the Harris Group again!

We haven’t been able to take a family trip for over 3 years. We finally decided this years spring break was the year. We looked for places from Pensacola through orange beach. Then this one popped up and it was just perfect! The house is right on the beach with a pool and a view! We can say enough about how wonderful the house is, the pictures don’t do it justice. Was clean and obviously plenty of space for just our family of 5. We are definitely looking forward to our next years spring break and highly recommend this property!

Check in was very easy. We had plenty of room for everyone. The beach access was fantastic as no dunes to walk over. We are planning next year's trip and would love to return to AVOCET!! Thank you for having us!

We had a dream trip with a couple other families. The beach was perfect the house was comfortable (including the beds). The tv area was great for a big crowd.

We booked here after we had travled from Virgina and expedia had overbooked our condo. It was just my mother and I in this giant house but we had the best week! We definitely were living large! I cannot say enough great things about the house or the agency renting it! This has been a once in a lifetime vacation for my mother and I.
