About Beach Dream
Beach relaxation is the name of the game at Beach Dream, a multi-level Gulf-front home in prestigious Laguna Key in Gulf Shores, directly adjacent to the 7,000-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Enjoy direct, private beach access with a walkover from the house across its own dune and bask in the 75-foot-long stretch of private paradise you can call your own. It's just a short walk to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor shower provided in the home helps you rinse off the sand in the blink of an eye after a wonderful day at the beach.
The main floor of this darling beach home offers a chef's kitchen with two dishwashers, granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an ice machine, a built-in oven and microwave, and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). The gorgeous living/media room has a large cable TV, plenty of comfortable sofas, and a well-appointed mini-bar in the corner with a mini-fridge and a wine cooler.
The designated laundry room has a commercial-capacity washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The extensive Gulf-front balcony off the living room is the perfect spot for alfresco meals and lounging. The top floor has a second living/media room with an equally large TV, inviting sofas and chairs, and a mini-bar with a mini-fridge and an ice machine.
There are six bedrooms including three Gulf-front primary bedrooms - one of which is a main-floor accessible room. All of the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and private bathrooms. There is a half bathroom for all and an elevator to all floors.
Two large decks on the beach side and one on the front side of the upper deck provide plenty of outdoor space and privacy, whether your guests feel like sunbathing or stargazing. The provided beachside propane grill is perfect for preparing today's catch. You will also enjoy the community pool, a tennis/pickleball court, and lagoon access.
With multiple outdoor living spaces, amazing community amenities, and plenty of room inside to relax, guests are sure to enjoy a memorable Gulf Shores Vacation at Beach Dream!
A MAX of 4 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. NONCOMPLIANCE of this ordinance will result in a $250 fine each day from the HOA

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

Very clean and cozy house, everything new and very clean and with excellent space.
My family and I have vacationed many times at Beach Dream in Laguna Key over the years. If you're looking for a house that has it all, look no further - location, luxury, beach access, and more all come together here to make it one of our favorite spots and one we will definitely be coming back to as soon as we can. The floor plan of this house makes it really nice for a big group. We came with a group of friends, so having bathrooms in each bedroom made it possible for our family to have some space set apart. It's worth noting that the closets are so big that our kids fight over who gets to sleep in them. The kitchen is the center of the action. Admittedly, we go hard with the cooking, and found everything and more that we needed to make a variety of meals from tacos to Thai to BBQ. It also opens directly into the main living room, so you can cook and keep up with everyone else at the same time. I can't overstate how incredible it is to step out the door and be on the beach with a short walk over the dune overwalk complete with shower on the beach end. After all the years we've come down here, we've never felt crowded with our little slice of private beach. Being on the beach also means incredible views all day long from sunrise to sunset, and no shortage of passing dolphin pods. This house must be owned by a perfectionist, because from top to bottom it's meticulously maintained. Not only is it clean, it's also beautifully and functionally furnished. One of my favorites spots is the first floor covered balcony with all the outdoor furniture. The icing on the cake is the neighborhood itself, which is gated to outside traffic. We love splitting time between the beach and the pool / tennis area. The street also makes nice half-mile loop for a quick jog. The lagoon is always a nice spot to go gator spotting or crabbing. We love this house and think you will too!
