About Beach Mouse
Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Beach Mouse stands tall and offers beautiful beachfront views of the white-sand beaches and views of Little Lagoon throughout the home. This home is the perfect spot for a vacation of up to 19 guests! Located in West Beach, Beach Mouse is minutes from the area's best restaurants and attractions! 

Beach Mouse features a private, heated pool perfect for making a splash! Underneath the home, guests can find plenty of shady space to relax or enjoy lunch at one of the two picnic tables. There is plenty of room to grill (a charcoal grill is provided,) play games, or simply enjoy the gulf breeze! After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset and salty sea air from one of the homes two spacious balconies with plenty of outdoor seating. 

Beach Mouse features an open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain. On the main level of the home, guests will find a spacious living area with a comfy sectional, perfect for enjoying a movie with the family. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with plenty of prep space so that guests may prepare a decadent meal. The dining area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is equipped to seat 8 with additional seating for 6 at the bar. The living and dining areas lead to one of the balconies which features ample amounts of seating and an outdoor dining table great for enjoying lunch with a view!  

Bedrooms #2 and #3 are also located on the main level of the home. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, a private, attached full bath, lagoon views and an LCD TV. Bedroom #3 is equipped with a queen bed to sleep 2, a full, attached bath with hallway access, lagoon views, and an LCD TV.

On the third level of the home, guests will find the beautiful master suite along with the rest of the guest bedrooms. The spacious master features a king bed to sleep 2, a walk-in closet, views of the Gulf of Mexico, an LCD TV, and a private beachfront balcony. The master bath has a double vanity, a shower, and a soaking tub. Bedroom #4 has a king bed to sleep 2, a full, private bath, lagoon views, and an LCD TV. Bedroom #5 is equipped to sleep 2 in a queen bed and has an attached bath with hallway access, lagoon views, and an LCD TV. Bedroom #6 is equipped to sleep 4 in a single bunk bed and a day bed with a pull out trundle. Bedroom #6 also features an LCD TV.

On the fourth level of the home, Beach Mouse features a cupola that features 360 views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon. The cupola is equipped to sleep 3 loft-style on 3 mattresses. (Please see photos for more info.) The cupola is a great place to curl up with a book and take in the views. The cupola is also equipped with an LCD TV. 

**Pool heating is a seasonal amenity. Not available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.**

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. We had a wonderful family vacation at the Beach Mouse. The house was spacious and very clean. Everyone loved the large pool. It had a really large deck with great views of the ocean and had lots of seating. A few things that could be tweaked to make it a spectacular rental would be: there is no grill brush, no hand mixer, not enough forks and spoons for the occupancy of 19 people, kitchen needs a new and bigger trash can. That being said I have already booked it again for next year. We loved staying there !! Be aware there are no beach/sand chairs, no kids beach toys, no pool toys.

Stayed with 3 families (12 total; 6 adults, 3 teens, 1 preteen, 2 littles) for an extended weekend in January 2023. Fantastic property on a quiet beach area with incredible views. Property isn't 'new', but is well kept up. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful and beds comfortable. The crows nest is a cool place to hang out, but if you plan to try to sleep there be forewarned there are no window treatments so be ready for the sun. We were not sleeping there so it served as a peaceful and lovely hangout spot. Kitchen is well equipped to cook anything you can plan. Hot tub was great, pool was clean and clear but wasn't in our plan for January :). Views from the deck are stellar with some nice furniture to relax and take it all in. Beach path from the patio to the beach is less than a 20 second walk. Beach area is huge and clean. Played many a game on the large dining room table and in the family room. Terrific property, look forward to staying here again.

We absolutely loved everything about this house. The location was great as well. Close to everything. The Property manager was great with letting us know everything we needed to know before hand and during our stay. They even checked in on us several times during our stay just to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. I would def recommend this house to anyone looking for a large home to accommodate a large family. Plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!!

This property was absolutely beautiful, and just as listed. We visited this site as a bachelorette trip for my sister. The home was spacious and accommodated all of our needs (8 people total). There was also plenty to do in the area! We did have an issue with the hot tub not heating at first, but the pool guy came and fixed it within an hour. He also cleaned our pool twice. He was incredibly kind and professional. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing get away!

The house was great, plenty of room for everyone. Having the pool and hot tub was awesome for us that are not beach lovers. Kitchen was my favorite, it had everything you needed, it was like cooking in my own kitchen. Only downside, a lot of steps. Had a few with us that were older that it was a little difficult on. Had a great stay at Beach Mouse. It was so nice to wake up to the Gulf view and to be able to walk right out to the beach. The hot tub was great for relaxing in the evenings and we loved having a private pool. We were even able to bring our 2 pups along since this home is pet friendly. We saw dolphins almost every morning swimming right in front of the house. The owners were amazing as well. They were in contact with us to let us know important details before we arrived as well as texting several times during the week to check in and make sure our stay was going great and see if we needed anything.

This beach house is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with any utensil you need, even an apple slicer for my apple-loving grandson. This is our second time at this house. The view from the balconies are incredible. The hot tub and heated pool are great to use when it is a little cooler for the beach. The grandkids always chose the cupola to sleep in so they can see the sunrise and look for fins in the water. A great house to stay in anytime of the year.

If at all possible, choose to stay at the marvelous beach house. We will stay again. The upper and lower balconies are the place to be. Never turned on the TV because nature was our entertainment. We saw dolphins and all types of sea creatures with lots of sea shells and birds. This sugar white sand is so soft and beautiful. They say 30% of your happiness can be affected by your surroundings and this house on this beach will set your spirit sailings. We so glad we stayed here. Bring your family to the fun and enjoy. We have rented from several different agencies down in the gulf shores/orange beach area but this had definitely become our favorite! We had a couple minor problems and they were handled quickly and efficiently! This company checks to make sure everything is going well and if you need anything! We stayed in Beach Mouse. This house is excellent for a large family. Beautifully decorated and has an amazing kitchen that is very well stocked with any appliance or gadget. The private pool was wonderful! The beach area was nice and not crowded. our family had a great time! Thank you!
