A unique multi-level floorplan that sleeps up to 12 and features 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, with lots of room to stretch out. Families and their pets will enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf, direct access to the private beach, 2 private HOA swimming pools, and a fishing pier on Mobile Bay. About Beach Mouse East

This magnificent beach house is a must-see!! The main floor offers a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The living space also includes the kitchen and dining with seating for 12 at the table and bar. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances that will make your meal prep a breeze. Guests will find 2 bedrooms on this floor, 1 features a king bed, Gulf views, TV, and a private bathroom. The other main floor bedroom sleeps 2 in twin beds and has a TV. There is a shared hall bathroom for all guests to use with a tub/shower combo.
Step outside onto the Gulf-facing deck that has both open and screened areas and take in the breathtaking views. Go down the stairs to the boardwalk that leads right to the sugar-white sand and Gulf of Mexico and enjoy a day at the beach!!

Upstairs you will find the extra large Master bedroom. The Master includes a king bed plus a sleeper sofa and sitting area, TV, Gulf views, balcony access, and a private en suite bathroom. Another 3rd-floor bedroom also features a king bed, TV, Gulf views, and balcony access. This bedroom has a private vanity and shares the Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the other guest bedroom on this floor, that bedroom includes a queen bed and a TV.

Outside there is covered parking for 2 vehicles and generous space for others as well. Guests will love to BBQ on the charcoal grill and the Green Egg. A second refrigerator/freezer is located in the lower entrance area to provide ample space for food and drinks for a large crowd.

Beach Mouse East is also a pet-friendly home on a pet-friendly beach so don’t leave the family pet(s) at home, bring them along to join in the fun (additional fees apply)!! Come get away from the crowds and see what Ft Morgan has to offer, Beach Mouse East will be waiting for you!!

Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
 
Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
