Big Blue at Kiva Dunes

Welcome to Big Blue at Kiva Dunes! Big Blue offers an abundance of space for up to 18 people dispersed through 4 levels! Big Blue can be rented alone as one 7-bedroom unit or with Little Blue as a 10-bedroom unit. Big Blue and Little Blue share a private saltwater pool and have limited Gulf Views! With 2 wrap-around porches, 3 private balconies, and a lookout perch on top of the home, Big Blue has enough space for everyone to spread out and relax!

About Big Blue at Kiva Dunes
On the bottom level of the home, guests will find a spacious living area and a game room! The living area has a large LCD TV. The game room has extra seating, plenty of games, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. The mini-fridge and wet bar area are perfect for storing drinks and snacks for the pool! Bedrooms #1 and #2 are also located on the bottom level. Bedroom #1 is equipped with a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 sleeps 4 guests in 2 twin-size bunk beds. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower for all guests.

On the 2nd level of the home, guests will find the fully equipped kitchen with an ice maker and a HUGE dining area! The dining area can seat 20 and has a high chair. The 2nd living area is located on the main floor with an ample amount of comfortable seating and an LCD TV. There is also a convenient half bathroom for all guests. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level and is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, an LCD TV, an attached bath, and a private balcony!

On the 3rd level of the home, guests will find 4 more bedrooms. Bedroom #4 is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, a pack-n-play, an LCD TV, a private balcony, and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #5 is equipped with 2 twin beds and built-in twin bunks to sleep a total of 4 guests, an LCD TV, and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, an LCD TV, an attached bath, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #7 is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, an LCD TV, an attached bath with a tub/shower combo, and a private balcony.
On the 4th level of the home, guests will find the lookout perch, perfect for taking in the scenic views!

*HOA Restrictions do not allow trailers to be parked at the property. In addition, Golf Carts are NOT permitted in the Kiva Dunes neighborhood.

Neighborhood Amenities of Kiva Dunes
In addition to golf, the community features the area's largest privately-owned beach, four swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant, The Kiva Grill. The brand-new beach-front pool also features the Kiva Beach Club where guests can dine poolside. A seasonal shuttle provides guests easy access to the beach from the pool.

Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
