Blue Parrot #3

You will be flying high and anything but blue when you stay at Blue Parrot #3 right on the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This beautiful Gulf front 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps 15 and is complete with everything you need to have a perfect beach vacation. The shared beachfront swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs is perfect for relaxing and playing. The two beautiful decks provide uninterrupted, breathtaking Gulf views of the sparkling waters and serene sugar-white sand. The first level of the home offers a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The lovely dining table seats eight and a cozy breakfast bar seats four. The large and open living area provides spectacular Gulf front views.

The main level of the home features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full-size bath. There is also a common area bathroom which makes it perfect for entertaining. The additional main-level bedroom is just off of the kitchen area and has two twin bunk beds. The second level of the home features the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a private bath, and a private Gulf front deck. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The fifth bedroom, also on the second level, features a king and a twin daybed. A full-size bathroom is also available between these two rooms. The house was well maintained, clean and perfect for a big family to gather and enjoy the beach together. Our only complaint is ample "sitting" space in the living room. The house sleeps a minimum of 12 and there was only seating for 7 in the living room. (we made it work with using dining table chairs - but more living room seating options would be great.) Great spot for the family to hide away to!

We loved staying at Blue Parrot #3! We were right on the beach and had our own pool. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking equipment we needed and the entire place was cute and comfortable. The layout was perfect for us and the bedrooms were spacious and quiet. We’ve used Harris Vacations several times through the years and their service and accommodations are excellent.

Wonderful house, great views, very clean! I do wish is had easier access to the beach, the dunes were so high and hard to get over )esp older people) I could only go 3 times the whole week which sucked! Harris Properties were quick to respond to our needs! Highly recommend!

It’s perfect on the beach location with private pool. Clean place. Only suggestion is at least provide a couple small beach chairs and umbrella as the property doesn’t provide anything but the very basics. It states in the description but properly should reconsider since it’s literally on the beach.

The house was great! I was a little skeptical when booking because I knew it was a older rental. We have rented it in the past several times. But we was happy with the updates and cleanliness that was done. Can’t beat the location! We had a girls trip at the Blue Parrot #3. It was a beautiful stay. Conveniently located to everything. Beach access right out the back door. The pool was terrific and the house comfortably accommodated us. Only thing we wished was the back porch was larger and that they provided beach chairs. Most of us flew in we was lucky we had one drive in and brought all the beach stuff we needed. We would absolutely stay here again though. The location and place was great!!! Highly recommend the Blue Parrot and Harris Vacation rentals.

This house had plenty of room for our group of 10. It was easy to get to and the beach-front location was perfect! The beach in front of the property was clean, only a few steps from the house and was not crowded for a peak season visit. The location of the home is excellent and accessible to everything. The check in process was simple and the management company was helpful with answering questions leading up to our stay. They were even able to accommodate an early check in! The house was clean and exactly like the photos and description. The pool was clean and in full working condition throughout our stay. The kitchen was also well equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed! We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

A great place for a large family

Our family, whose ages range from19-2 mos. are in the middle of an intense year of remote learning ( college through elementary). We needed break. Blue Parrot 3 was very accommodating for everyone's needs. The Internet help get school done and the beach and pool gave a rewarding activity after school! The house location was great as we weren't too far from restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries stores. Fort Morgan and Dauphin Island we very easy drive also. We enjoyed having the beach out our back door and our own space to spread out as needed. We visited the area in November and even though it was too chilly to use the pool regularly we appreciated the fact that the crowds were gone. We enjoyed our time there and will consider it for another time.

Home was as expected. Great washer/dryer. The floor plan was perfect for 3 couples, plus 4 boys (playing baseball at the World Series - about 15 min from Gulf Shores Sportsplex) and grandparents. The pool was clean and maintained. Beach access was easy w/a quick rinse station deck just outside the pool.

Downstairs bathroom could have used a 2nd roll of toilet paper and I recommend having one emergency roll in the bathroom for guests. having only 1 roll per bathroom is my only complaint!

Perfect rental for a 2 Family Beach vacation!

This was a great week at the beach! This home has one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever seen in a rental. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. We had 10 people and didn't feel cramped. This house has plenty of space for all. Do be sure and bring extra toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags. There's plenty of dishes and silverware service for at least 15. Plenty of glasses as well. There aren't any plastic cups. Bring solos or Yeti's for the beach. The pool was nice and maintenance came and cleaned it at the beginning of our stay. Plenty of seating around the pool. The other side wasn't rented out when we stayed so we had the whole place to ourselves. You can't beat this location in Gulf Shores! We enjoyed the Flip Flop Deli down the street (Walking Tacos and shaved ices and ice cream were fantastic). The Oyster House is 2 miles away and was good and the shopping area around it is fun. Overall a great rental and a lot of bang for the buck! We highly recommend this house for a vacation to the beach. Harris Property communication was impeccable and so easy to deal with. Thanks for a great family and friends trip! Can't wait to do it again next year!
