Welcome to Del Mar 2 in the heart of Gulf Shores! Del Mar 2 is a 6-bedroom and 3-bathroom vacation home that will comfortably sleep up to 18 guests! Del Mar 2 is also a pet-friendly home so the family dog(s) are welcome to join all of the fun!! Come enjoy the large community pool and splash pad, Little Lagoon, restaurants and attractions plus easy beach access right across the street.

About Del Mar 2

Del Mar 2 is located in the popular West Beach area, between Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The home is raised and multi-level so guests can park their vehicles under the home and also enjoy stunning Gulf views from the home's two balconies. In the middle of the complex is an outdoor 21 x 40 shared pool surrounded by a sundeck with a children's splash pad on one end. There is a grilling and picnic area onsite, offering the perfect place to grill up your latest catch for a beachside picnic. Guests at Del Mar 2 are just across the street from the famous white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores.

Underneath the home, there is room to park four vehicles. Del Mar 2 also has a large, enclosed outdoor shower, a barbecue grill, and a picnic table.

Inside, the first floor features an open floor plan and plenty of room to entertain. The living area is spacious with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and views of the Gulf. There are French doors that lead out to one of the balconies where you can enjoy the cool breeze, take in the sites, and enjoy your favorite beverage. The dining area features a small table that is perfect for games, cards, and puzzles. The large dining table will accommodate the family and there is also room at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything the chef needs to prep and prepare a decadent meal. A shared bathroom is on this level with a tub/shower condo and also two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and ceiling fans and will share the bathroom. Bedroom 1 will sleep 2 guests in a king bed and Bedroom 2 will sleep 4 guests in 2 full-sized beds.

Moving upstairs to the second floor are the other 4 bedrooms and the full-size laundry area. Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and balcony access. Bedroom 4 is a large room with a king-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The private bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower. Down the hall is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two more bedrooms. Bedroom 5 will sleep four guests in 1 twin bed and 1 twin over a full bunk bed, perfect for the kiddos in the group! Bedroom 5 has a television and will share the hall bathroom. Bedroom 6 will sleep four guests in 2 full-sized beds and has a ceiling fan.

Del Mar 2 is two miles from the center of town but away from the high rises. Just a few steps to the enormous, wide swath of white, crystal sand and the Gulf of Mexico. We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
