Howard Ranch is a coastal 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beachfront home overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Kick off your shoes and walk straight to the beach or enjoy relaxing on the screened porch! Howard Ranch is equipped to comfortably sleep 11 people. Each bedroom boasts beautiful water views and is equipped with an LCD TV. Located in the quiet west beach area of Gulf Shores, Howard Ranch is the perfect place to bring the whole family for a memorable beach vacation! Wake up to the sounds of the waves and enjoy morning coffee on the unique screened porch, or soak up the sun on the sun deck! After a day in the sand and surf, the outdoor shower is a welcome feature!
Inside, this spacious ranch-style beach home boasts beautiful gulf views and sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests. The open living area features unobstructed gulf views from the wall-to-wall windows, chic decor, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie. A living room sleeper sofa can accommodate 2 guests. The dining area offers seating for 8 with additional seats at the bar. The open kitchen with granite countertops features tons of cabinet space, a selection of cookware and small appliances, as well as the same beautiful Gulf views.
Down the hall, the master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and Lagoon views, as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 faces the gulf and sleeps 2 in twin beds and has a TV. A common hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. On the other side of the home, bedroom 3 sleeps 3 in a queen and a twin bed and has a TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 sleeps 2 in twin beds and has a TV. A common hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

We loved our stay at Howard Ranch! The rental was clean, a well stocked kitchen, and the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family. The only thing I would suggest about the rental is that the deck boards and railings need repair and some need replacing. Other than that, it was perfect! We essentially had the beach all to ourselves…we love the location! Harris vacations was easy to work with…prompt with responses to questions. I will book directly through them in the future. Thanks for a fantastic vacation rental!
We loved our stay at Howard Ranch! The location was perfect…almost like a private beach! The rental was clean and organized…well stocked kitchen, and we loved the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. We definitely will book this rental again next year. So thankful to have found the perfect place for our family vacation!
Our family loves this property. It's quiet and private yet close enough to town if you want to venture out. The screened in porch is a plus. The only negatives are the twin mattresses are not very comfortable and we wish there was a board walk over to the beach. However, those things did not stop us from rebooking a 2nd time.
Even though it was for a short 4 days and the weather wasn’t perfect ~ we had the best time! Just the right place to relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of the beach with our family. Our best trip to the beach in a very long time ♥️
Stayed at Howard’s Ranch . The house is beautiful, well stocked and equipped. The house sets right on the beach and has spectacular views . It does have a dune that is rather difficult to climb to get to the water . That is the ONLY negative . The beds were VERY comfortable. Easy check in and out. Very close to amenities. Would definitely recommend.
Came with our three adult children and their spouses or significant others. Loved the location and the set up of the house. This was our third time visiting Gulf Shores and was our best vacation yet.
Perfect week at the beach! House was just as advertised. Clean and well stocked. Location is great, we had so much beach all to ourselves! Family wants to come back to this same house again next year!
We stayed at Howard Ranch and had the best time. It was our 5th annual girls trip and we loved everything about the house the location and especially the front porch. We are already planning our stay for next year once again at Howard Ranch.
I loved the area. Far enough away from the crowds to have your own little quiet piece of beach. The house was very nice and the beds comfy. I got a very prompt reaponse when I had a question. The only thing I would change is adding a boardwalk to the beach. The dune is a little tough on old bones but we had a fabulous time. We'll be back.

Great beachhouse with great uncrowded beach location. Does have a big sand dune to pull you beach cart over, but no rental is going to be perfect. All of my family had a great time and definitely would rent again. Ed
