**PET FRIENDLY**
Welcome to Kiran Terrace Duplex in the heart of Gulf Shores! Both A101 and A102 can be booked together for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 half baths. This duplex will accommodate 10 guests and 2 pets, with additional pet fees, on each side! Guests will love the community pool, the community grilling area, the ample parking, and the location! The beach is approximately a 2-minute walk across the street from the property and The Hang Out and other attractions are also within walking distance. About the Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex
* Kiran Terrace Duplex A101 and A102 are two separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. A101 & A102 each have 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 10 or 20 as a whole duplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Quadplex B101, B102, B103, and B104 are four separate townhomes that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. B101, B102, B103, and B104 each have 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 8 or 32 as a whole quadplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex can both be rented for a total of 22 bedrooms, sleeping 52 people.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

Besides not being able get into one side of the apartment due to syncing issues with the lock, everything else went smooth. Host was quick to respond and fix any issues if any.
Overall we had a great experience. We loved the convenience of the location to restaurants. The living area was very clean. There was just a small issue with a shower leak that they were slow to respond to probably because it was Labor Day weekend and no one was at work. But the next day we got a rapid response. We would definitely choose it for our stay in the future.
We loved where this unit was located. Easy walking to the beach, The Hangout and beach shops. Liquor store right next door was a plus. 5 min walk to the dollar store. It would have been nice to have more patio furniture, only one chair on the main floor balcony. The kitchen had all the tools you need. Overall, good experience.
Great location to beach and restaurants.
We had the best stay for our family of 16 at Kiran A101/102! Extremely spacious with large bedrooms and full size bathrooms for all four family units. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals! An easy 2 minute walk across the street to the beach (we had 8 children ranging from 5 months-11 years old). Pool access for night swimming and when the beach water was too rough to play in. This location was perfect and very reasonably priced for a summer beach rental so close to a public beach access.
We had a great vacation, We had almost all of our kids & grandkids with us! When we arrived I was so thankful that pretty much every bedroom had its own bathroom. Which made our stay so much better. We had plenty of room. We had a nice outdoor space as well! The pool was a little small, but the kids enjoyed it! It’s a central location to the Beach, shopping & restaurants!
Close to beach. Right next to restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Would recommend an air fryer. Does need a little decor. Bed comfortable. Plenty of towels. Didn’t like all the steps. Great view from balconies. Large area at entrance to leave beach stuff. Fantastic price to get both sides of the duplex. Locks on the balcony doors can be tricky. Don’t think we locked them correctly all week. Some bedroom doors would not catch when closed. AC works great!!! Pool looked clean, but it was too cold to swim.
Very clean. Very helpful. We have already booked for next year.
