**PET FRIENDLY**
Kiran Terrace “A102” is one side of the Kiran Terrace Duplex found in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. This side of the duplex has 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms that will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. There is also a large community pool that is shared with all of the Kiran Terrace guests. Ideally located just across the street from the beach and a short walk away from the downtown area of Gulf Shores, Kiran Terrace is a great place to be! The Kiran Terrace Duplex is on East Beach Blvd and positioned directly behind Kiran Terrace Quadplex, all units are pet-friendly (additional fees apply). Book anywhere from one house to the entire duplex and quadplex, perfect for large family gatherings, retreats, or sports tournaments!
About the Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex
* Kiran Terrace Duplex A101 and A102 are two separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. A101 and A102 each have 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 10 or 20 as a whole duplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Quadplex B101, B102, B103, and B104 are four separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. B101, B102, B103, and B104 each have 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 8 or 32 as a whole quadplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex can both be rented for a total of 22 bedrooms, sleeping 52 people.

Gulf Shores is well known for its sugary-white sand beaches with sparkling blue water, world-class fishing, and its exceptional dining and entertainment. Gulf Shores presents a great family environment with something to do for everyone! Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

Perfect last minute getaway spot! Walking distance to many local hotspots and the beach. Looking forward to next year!
We needed a great last minute getaway option and knew Gulf Shores wouldn’t disappoint! Great place, walking distance to so much. Looking forward to next summer’s trip!
Location was great. There's a stoplight at East 2nd near the rental that leads you straight onto the beach access. We rented chair set-up from Suncoast Beach Service, and the closest to the condo was in front of Phoenix All Suites. There's 3 parking spots for the rental near the front door. There's also a hose to rinse off right outside the door too. We used the community grill each night, but you do need to supply your own charcoal and lighter fluid. They do supply a small amount of soaps and toiletries, but if you're staying for more than a few days, you'll need to buy more. There's no oil or spices, so if you plan on cooking, plan on getting some. Property management texted throughout our stay to check on us which was great. When we had an issue with the dryer, they sent someone out within an hour to fix it. Plenty of room for our group which included 5 adults and 2 kids. Would stay here again!
