About Latitude Adjustment
Latitude Adjustment is a gorgeous home with an open concept floor plan. On the main level, guests will find a living area with comfortable seating perfect for enjoying a movie after a long day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating. There is a dining table to seat 8 for guests to enjoy a meal together. The spacious balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the salty sea air.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the main level of the home. Bedroom #2 features a king bed, an attached bath and an LCD TV. Bedroom #3 has a king bed with an LCD TV and is located right next to the hallway bath. 

On the second level, guests will find the master bedroom, along with bedrooms 4&5. The master is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, a spacious ensuite bath, and an LCD TV. Bedrooms 4and 5 each feature a twin/full bunk and share a Jack-N-Jill bath. 

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
 
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

Latitude Adjustment was the perfect house for our family vacation! Great location for a laid back vacation away from the crowded beach areas. Beautifully decorated, clean and accommodating. Harris properties was helpful and easy to work with. Easy beach access. The grandkids enjoyed watching the small alligators in the pond and all the little bunnies in the evening. We would love to stay here for family vacations in the future!

This is a well-maintained property perfect for two families (or one big one!) who want to be near the beach, but don't want all the bustle of staying at a resort. Only a short walk to beach access and the pool! We also appreciated the plentiful king beds and spacious patio. Just ensure your party stays away from the pond behind the house, we saw some alligators! However, the house is on a raised platform, so we never had any trouble with them. All in all a fantastic vacation spot. Highly recommended!

I am very picky about property being clean and this place was immaculate. It provided plenty of room for three families. Easy walk to beach,great friendly neighborhood,pictures in VRBO of unit were accurate. We would definitely book again. My only minor complaint was some of the patio furniture was worn out and cooking utensils pots and pans needed upgrading. It would not stop me from booking again! We had a great week!

We have been on several vacations. However we always stayed in condos. This house was perfect. Three bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs. We had plenty of room for all 13 of us that visited. You can hear and see the ocean from the front porch. I would say this home will be visited again by us in the future.

We were in Gulf Shores for a softball tournament March 20 thru 24. This was my first stay in Fort Morgan and i found it to be very lovely. Latitude Adjustment was perfect for our stay. The house was well equipped, as described in the rental agreement. The neighborhood was lovely and the beach wasn't overcrowded. The only problem we encountered was the internet service was not very good. Out of the 4 nights we were there we only had one good night of service; the reason for 4 not 5 stars. I highly recommend Latitude Adjustment hoping the internet issue will be resolved

We loved loved loved out sisters and daughters trip to Ft Morgan. Latitude Adjustment was the perfect spot for games, rest and beach time. Love the development where the house resides - quick walk to the beach and pools, very quiet and removed, gorgeous homes! Highly recommend!
