Little Blue at Kiva Dunes

Welcome to Little Blue at Kiva Dunes! Little Blue is a beautiful home in Kiva Dunes that stands 3 stories tall. Little Blue can be rented alone as a single 3-bedroom unit or together with Big Blue as a 10-bedroom unit. Little Blue and Big Blue share a private saltwater pool and have limited Gulf Views! With 2 wrap-around porches, Little Blue is the perfect place to kick back and relax and breathe in the salty sea air!

About Little Blue at Kiva Dunes
Little Blue is tucked away in the Palm Trees in the Kiva Dunes Community. Little Blue proudly stands 3 stories tall and is equipped to sleep 6. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, everyone will have somewhere to spread out comfortably. Little Blue has 2 wrap-around porches to take in the Gulf Views!

On the bottom level, guests will find bedroom #1. Bedroom #1 is equipped with a bunk bed to sleep 2 and an attached bath. Guests will also find the laundry area on the bottom level.

On the second level of the home, guests will find Bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 is equipped to sleep 2 in a queen bed, has balcony access, and an LCD TV. Bedroom #3 is equipped to sleep 2 in a queen bed and has an LCD TV and balcony access. There is a large shared bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and plenty of storage space.

On the third level of the home, guests will find the living area. The living area has an LCD TV perfect for enjoying a movie and an adjacent full bath. The kitchen and the dining area are also located on the third level. The beautiful dining area is equipped to seat 6 and is surrounded by windows so you can take in the views while enjoying a meal! The owner has also provided games for the guests- perfect for a family game night!

*HOA Restrictions do not allow trailers to be parked at the property. In addition, Golf Carts are NOT permitted in the Kiva Dunes neighborhood.

Neighborhood Amenities of Kiva Dunes
In addition to golf, the community features the area's largest privately-owned beach, four swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant, The Kiva Grill. The brand-new beach-front pool also features the Kiva Beach Club where guests can dine poolside. A seasonal shuttle provides guests easy access to the beach from the pool.

Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
