Home Layout
1st floor:
The main floor provides an open-concept living area with sleeper sofa, smart TV, and balcony access with sweeping lagoon views. A fully equipped kitchen with stone counters, dining area that seats 6, with additional bar and bistro seating. A half bath and full-size washer/dryer for convenience in the hallway.
The primary suite features a King bed, TV, private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in tile shower, and private balcony overlooking the lagoon.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, TV, private bath with walk-in shower, and private balcony with Gulf views. Bedroom 3 has a King bed + 2 Twin beds, TV, desk – sleeps 4.
Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and TV – sleeps 2. The Twin bed in stair alcove and an additional twin bed in the cupola – sleeps 2 more guests.
A shared hallway bathroom features double vanities and tub/shower combo
