Love this place and location!

Right on beach, beautiful

Great location. We have stayed in condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores many times but love the laid back pace with the homes of Fort Morgan. While the home is older, it was a perfect size for us. It could use updates to the interior but we didn’t mind that. We appreciated the large, gated deck. Harris Vacations, the property manager, was very responsive and quickly resolved a repair that we reported. The kitchen was well equipped with crockpot, electric griddle, drip and pod coffee makers, blender, toaster, and lots of cooking supplies including a large pot for shrimp boils.

It was perfect for our Christmas gathering-loved being right on the beach. Nice quiet area.

A few things in the house needed some attention, but overall we definitely enjoyed our stay. Very clean and loved how close to the water it was.

The house was really well supplied with all the utensils/pots/pans/etc to make life easy when you want to cook. The view and beach access..well, you are right there! It was amazing. That big porch! Awesome!

We had some issues i.e. oven stopped working on 2nd day, outlet issues and dryer repair but your team was quick to respond - thank you for everything!

Excellent experience, would/will rent from Harris and this cottage again, for sure. As described, very clean, great guest instructions and excellent communication. The location is great for a quiet beach experience, we had the beach to ourselves the entire stay. We discovered the clothes dryer wasn't working and Harris responded to my text within the hour. if you're looking for fancy upscale beach accommodations this isn't for you, but if you want a simple place to stay while at the beach, you've found it.

Excellent , after cable was restored for Alabama/ Kentucky game. Missing paper towels. Never restocked. House is fabulous. Love how close to the water it is. ❤️

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The location is beautiful, the house is right on the water and is very comfortable! We even had a issue with our heater and not only did they have someone out to check but he actually replaced the whole heater within hours! Can’t say enough good things, we will for sure be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelicans Paradise. The house is conveniently located and we enjoyed being able to step out the door and be on the beach.

Amazing location, truly ON the beach! House is older but very clean and comfy. We enjoyed everything even though the main AC was acting up. Before we got there, management placed nice portable AC units in each room to help take stress off the main unit. It was a wonderful vacation!

This place was perfect, plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, had everything we needed. The deck was so nice and spacious. Walk down the steps and you are right on the beach, easy going back and forth to house. We loved it!

Property was perfect for us. Just steps to the sandy white beach. Great deck. Peaceful and beautiful. Very close to Sassy Bass with great foot and entertainment.
