Point Clear B is a Gulf Front duplex with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on both sides.  It has a wonderful Gulf Front master suite on the second level with its own private Gulf Front balcony.  This home also has new living room furniture.  Point Clear B sleeps 8 with a queen master bedroom, a queen with an additional bunk in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom.
Point Clear is possibly one of the best vacation values available on the Alabama Gulf Coast. This was the first home built by Steve and Becky Harris and was designed to provide guests with a relaxing vacation and a value price.

This duplex has a shared driveway that can fit 2-3 cars per side.

I absolutely loved my stay at Point Clear B!! It was TERRIFIC to walk out the back door straight to the private beach!! This beach house does not come with a lot of bells & whistles that are needless when most of your time is spent on the beach. Beds were very comfy, very clean & quaint little cabin feel. Only complaint would be the steep entrance steps. Hint, hint ... maybe add a landing half way up! 😉 I will be back.

We had a wonderful Ft. Morgan Beach visit during Labor Day weekend. Our house was well-stocked with all new appliances. We had plenty of room for 4 during our stay and only a few steps to the ocean. Harris Realty worked with us so we could come in a day before and because we didn't want to leave- we were able to add a day extra. Thank you !!!

We had a great time staying at point clear B our neighbors in A were very nice and we got along great. There is one suggestion we may make since that is a duplex and pet friendly we believe a full length petition on the deck keeping everyone seperated would work better. Also the steps could use a little upgrading. There needs to be better lighting under the steps going out to the cars the one at the door doesn't light up the bottom part of the steps. Just a few suggestions but we will plan on coming back. Laura and Marco will not keep us away !

The place was exactly as advertised. I had one of the most relaxing weeks I've ever had. The place was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean and nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils one might need. Plenty of dishes! Bring trash bags, dish liquid, tin foil, ziplock bags, and the like... as it is not provided. They give you a handy list so USE it! I had a little problem with the A/C and they were super responsive in getting it fixed. I highly recommend this property and will use this company in the future

Absolutely Amazing

This house was everything it said online and more! Fully stocked kitchen from pots and pans to croc pot. The beds were comfy. It was roomy and perfect for our group! The views were insane and we also seen dolphins early mornings. The only complaint I may have is toilets flush slowly and you would have to flush at least 3 times to get stuff down and the front large burner on the stove did not work but other then that we loved it and are already talking about another trip next year!! We loved it. Thank you!!

Only complaint was toilet all flush slow and in order to get it completely flushed it takes two to three times of flushing. On stove big burner doesn't work but we had an amazing time and are already thinking of booking again for next year

Clean, comfortable & brand new mattress! This condo can't be beat! Look out over the beautiful pool to the gulf coast. The beaches are pristine - white sand. We built sand castles, played in the waves & relaxed in the hot tub after. We'll be staying here again soon!

Great Deal for Families

When I started to look for rentals on the beach, I was blown away by the cost. But, now I see how valuable beach front home rentals are. Being right on the beach at "Point Clear A" was awesome. With small children, lugging all of their beach gear is a challenge. At this home, we just left our umbrellas, chairs, and toys out overnight. Waking up to cooking nice breakfasts with beautiful beach views was wonderful. Sipping coffee on the porch looking out to the dolphins was so relaxing and neat. I was a little worried about noise with a duplex, but we could not hear anything next door and actually made friends with the sweet neighbors. I hope to stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Nice, quiet retreat

We had a great time at Point Clear B. Even though it was a duplex, we rarely heard our neighbors. Being out in Fort Morgan makes it nice and quiet. You aren't fighting anyone for beach space. The house is simple and clean. No big frills, but none are needed. If the dryer doesn't work (as noted in several reviews), just turn the lint trap around! Management was very quick and helpful during booking, and checked in on us throughout the week via text and email. Would definitely go back. Everything was exactly as advertised.

I am never disappointed with Harris Properties or this home. We had new furniture, Wi-Fi, update televisions, dvd players in every room. Kitchen appliances, utensils, washer, dryer. This place has all you need. My family and the teenagers were happy and we plan to make it a yearly vacation. I've stayed in this 3 bedroom/3 bath home several times and it's wonderful and well equipped.

Great Mini-Vacay !!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Point Clear B! The layout was great and the weather was perfect! We loved that the beach was literally right at our fingertips...just walk out the door, onto the deck, and there is the beach! The only problems we had were the wi-fi was not very strong...all our phones just seemed to eat up the battery time...but we adjusted because we were on vacay! The dryer is stacked on top of the washer...that was a little inconvenient for a 5'1" woman. Other than that, Point Clear B was great...unit was clean, all appliances worked...can't beat the view! My fam will definitely be back !!!

Privacy, fun, and paradise

Had a wonderful time and Point Clear B was exactly what we were looking for for our vacation and would definately recommend to our friends and family. Everything clean and well kept. The only thing I would like to suggest is replacing shower heads so the water pressure can be controlled, very strong water pressure and when your blistered from too much fun in the sun it can be a painful experience but not a problem if your smart and don't get blistered! Just what we needed!

The rental property was just what we needed for our family, which included 4 children under 6 and 2 small dogs. Wanted everyone to have bathroom per family and beach front. Beach access was great and rental was a little dated but great value for the price and weather was glorious. Would definitely recommend this property for cottage type get away with children. Not for the handicapped or elderly.

Most relaxing vacation, ever!

I really wasn't sure about sharing a duplex with total strangers, however, we never even heard a peep from the family next door. The home is very well sound proofed. We loved Point Clear B - - it provided ample room for all three adults and my 11 year old son. We got really busy relaxing as soon as we arrived. The meteor shower was putting on a grand light show each night...we saw so many stars and even the milky way ribbon. A couple of mornings pods of dolphins fed right in front of the house. It was so nice to have my morning coffee in the lounger while watching them. On Tuesday, the Blue Angels practiced overhead. My son loved the free air show. A waterspout appeared near Dauphin Island one afternoon, but the clouds parted and the rest of the day was perfect. My husband and son went crabbing nearby and we ate very well that night. We really love Ft. Morgan and look forward to our visit each year. Last year we stayed at Catalina and fell in love with the area. Next year there will only be us again [hubby, myself, and my son] so we plan to return to Catalina or maybe try Fountain of Youth. Of course, we would come right back tomorrow if we had more vacation time this year! Thank you for sharing your home with us during our stay. It was just what we needed!

Great Stay

We rented both Point Clear A & B. We stayed from Wednesday, May 23rd through Wednesday, May 30th. We had our daughter's wedding on the beach Saturday, May 26th behind the house. At one point we had 16 people staying in this house, 5 in another Harris property next door, Fountain of Youth, and 6 in a Harris property a couple of miles down the same road, Splash. This house was perfect for our visit. Everyone fellow shipped and ate at the Point Clear house for most meals. I would highly recommend this property and Harris Properties to everyone who wants a family friendly vacation. It may not be the most fancy and updated house on the beach, but I guarantee it is one of the best bargains for your money.

Awesome Location

The house was a perfect fit for our family. We did have neighbors during our visit and there were no sounds from the other unit (Point Clear A). Great!!! You couldn't beat the location on the beach. All the amenities and the extra bathroom was fantastic.
