Enjoy breathtaking views from your private balcony, complete with comfortable polywood seating. Inside, find a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bedroom with a custom twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a master suite with a king bed and a shared bathroom.
A shared full bathroom and laundry facilities for each side are conveniently located underneath the home. Take advantage of the shared backyard boardwalk and pier for easy water access.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not comply with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
