Sandy Pause

We recently stayed at a Harris property in Fort Morgan, AL. The house was clean and well kept. It had everything you could possibly need for cooking. The accommodations were comfortable and felt like they may have been new. The team at Harris was very attentive and helpful. We had trouble with our door lock one day and they quickly resolved the issue for us. I definitely recommend them and we will be returning to this property.

I have been coming to this area for 50 years. This house was one of the best I have ever stayed at. Very clean, stocked and cared for. Comfy beds and furniture, beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Sandy Pause was a great house, very comfortable! The location was great! As the listing states, it’s not right on the beach front there’s a partial ocean view from the deck and you can hear the waves! Would book again!

Lovely house! Been staying in Fort Morgan for years now and it's always great. Neighbors in the community were so kind and the beach is always so quiet. Especially this time of year with all the spring breakers.

Sandy Pause was a delightful beach house. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our month long stay at Ft. Morgan Beach. The house was comfortable and decorated nicely to give a pleasant feeling of home away from home. Harris Vacations was a text away for questions or needs we might have. We even enjoyed a history making snow storm of 8 inches accumulation. Thank you for letting us call Sandy Pause home for the month of January 2025.

We stayed at Sandy Pause as a family during the holidays and had a great experience. Dog friendly, very comfortable beds and plenty of room! Would definitely stay again.

Good location. View of gulf good even though not on the beach. Bedroom setup was great for our group. Kitchen was great. Golf cart gave good access to the beach. We had a great time

Our stay at Sandy Pause in Fort Morgan was excellent. The house was scrupulously clean, well appointed and comfortable. Not waterfront, but a 3 to 5 minute walk to the Gulf. It's pet friendly, and has lots of items to use at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a wagon to load them in. There were only two of us and our dog, but the house would comfortably sleep 8 adults and 2 children. The staff at Harris was quick to answer any questions we had and to address any problems we encountered. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home which was perfect for a family vacation . Kid friendly and close to the beach. I was pleased by how comfortable the bed/pillows were. Each bedroom had its own TV to allow for private time if needed as well as a large TV in the living room for family movie nights. The porch had many seating options which were perfect for outdoor meals and watching the gorgeous sunsets . I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend !

It was a really great stay. We are so greatful for the golf cart that was included, as well as the complimentary umbrellas and beach toys. The host was very responsive when we have questions and ran into some problems. We had a great stay.

What a beautiful beachfront home! It was the perfect spot for our get together. The house was clean and provided all the amenities we needed for a weekend getaway. Beach is just an easy walk away or a quick golf cart drive. There were plenty of beach supplies too! The team is super responsive and check in to make sure everything is up to par. Would absolutely recommend!

The house was perfect for our family getaway! Having coffee on the front porch with a direct view of the ocean was a perfect way to start the day. We had 5 adults and 6 kids and it never felt too crowded. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

As noted, direct frontal beach access prohibited. An exception currently is a very short walk just laterally and via open lot. Otherwise the deeded beach entrance via cart.
