Inside, rich dark wood tile floors flow through a gourmet kitchen with stone counters, dual ovens, gas stove, built-in columns style refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and standalone ice maker. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. A cozy reading nook under the stairs adds charm for kids, while the main living area opens directly to the pool deck.
The upper-level bonus area is the star of the home—featuring a large sectional, TV, dining table, full kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, standalone icemaker and microwave. Two custom Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and a unique half bath that leads to a private outdoor spa-style shower with tile walls and fencing, perfect for open-air relaxation or full privacy.
