About Sun Dune

Located just steps from the beautiful beaches of Fort Morgan in Gulf Shores, AL, Sun Dune offers guests the perfect opportunity to enjoy Gulf views and sunshine from atop the sand dunes. The multiple levels of both gulf and bay facing decks provide guests the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy a sunset and the sound of the waves. The unbeatable views are just the beginning! Under the house, guests will find plenty of space for parking and a provided charcoal grill. The enclosed outdoor shower allows for a quick rinse off after enjoying a day at the beach! Access to the beach is a short walk, under 5 minutes from this Gulf Shores vacation rental!

After enjoying the sun and sand all day, Sun Dune offers guests ample space to relax and enjoy some down-time on vacation. On the main floor, the open living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, access to the deck to bring the outside in, and a large TV to cozy up and enjoy a movie. the dining area features 2 dining tables to seat a total of 11 with views from both. The bar seats an additional 4 guests. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and provides plenty of room to prepare a meal for a crowd! A dedicated ice maker, extra mini fridge, wine fridge, and small appliances are provided along with cookware and dinnerware. 

Located on the main floor, the large master suite features a king sized bed to sleep 2, access to the deck, a TV and an en-suite bathroom. The private master bathroom features double vanities and a tub/shower combo with added handheld shower feature. Also on the main floor is bathroom 2, which is a hall bathroom and features a walk-in shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area to sleep 2. 

Upstairs, guests will find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as both north and south facing decks. Bedroom 2 features 2 twin beds, access to the bay side deck, and a TV. Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed, access to the gulf side deck, and a TV. Bedroom 4 is a second master suite, featuring a queen sized bed, access to the gulf side deck, and a TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share access to the second floor covered deck and amazing gulf views! The second floor also features a shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
