This home provided all we could possible want for a terrific annual Family Vacation! We have another Harris property already booked for next year!

Thanks for allowing my organization to host our empowerment Retreat at this property!This property was simply amazing ; super clean, spacious, and accommodating for everyone.The maintenance request was handled quickly and with care, making our stay even more enjoyable.Can’t wait to visit Gulf Shores again—highly recommended!

We stayed at Sun n sands ! We loved it. The house was very clean and huge …and the people at Harris vacations were very friendly and professional!! We will be back ❤️

Stayed in Sun n Sands for a week with family. There were 20 of us. The house was amazing! So much space on every floor. Every adult couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids had the bunk room and own bathroom. The house is so close to the beach- it’s no problem walking back and forth. We were never crowded at the beach like you often are when staying at a condo. The pool is large and secured well to keep littles in or out depending on the situation. It takes 10 minutes at the most to get into the heart of Gulf Shores. The elevator in the house didn’t work which was really the only negative thing. We will use Harris Vacations again!

5 stars is not enough. I cannot say enough about how great the Harris Vacation team was. The house was everything and more that a family of 26 needed. Besides being right on the beach the house was huge. Each level had not only a living space with ample sitting area but there was also large open areas which were great for the little ones to play in. As for the Harris Team they responded quickly to our needs. We could not get the elevator to work and within an hour or two there was a person to get it worked on. Also, one of the living room tv"s stopped working. A worker came out that day and determined it could not be fixed. They brought a new one the next day. I was pleasantly surprised at the well stocked kitchen as far as plates, glasses, pans, etc. I think I counted 4 coffee pots. Oh and 2 refrigerators. They have a separate ice maker but that was not the best. Lastly, I have rented many vacation homes and this by far was the easiest cleanup. I have spent hours in other homes doing as the contract states. This house you emptied all the garbage and put your dirty towels in your bathtub or shower. EASY. So, thank you for that!! I would love it if Harris Vacation rentals were world wide! To Harris Vacation...THANK YOU!

Great size house for our large family. Only had a few minor issues, but the Harris properties team took care of them right away! This is a great house and even better location!

Our families loved our house (Sun-N-Sands) on the beach in Gulf Shores for Fall Break 2023 last week and loved the customer service received from the Harris Property Management Team. They were very accommodating and top notch!!!

The house on the beach was great!

My family as well as four other families stayed at Sun N Sand the week of Oct 10, and I must say the convenience of having the beach right out your back door is amazing! And it was like having our own private beach with only minimal traffic passing through!The home's bunk room was perfect for lots of kids to stay and enjoy time together, and multiple living spaces made it easy for the adults to hang out and the kids could have their own space as well.We did have an issue with the stove/oven not working the first night we were there, and maintenance was promptly sent in the next day, though we had alleviated the problem by securing all connections.The home was clean when we checked in and provisions were there as noted in the property listing. Some suggestions which would have made this home even better?It would have been great if we could have used the elevator, given the 3 story levels and we had one guest who had an oxygen concentrator and it would have made transport of personal items so much easier.Also, while there was an extra refrigerator on the third floor, it would have been nice to have two fridges on the main kitchen floor, as this many people in the home can need a lot of food and we had a hard time fitting it all in.All in all, we loved our stay, and would not hesitate to stay at Sun N Sand again! The ocean views were gorgeous and merely a short walk away from the back door!

The weather was beautiful, the house was perfect. The customer service provided by Harris Vacation Rentals was excellent! Thank you for everything. 2022 vacation is a rap, we will definitely contact you again next year for the same perfect house and great hospitality we received this year!

This was my first time to Gulf Shores, and Harris Vacation Rentals provided our large group with an amazing beach house, that came some spectacular views. I will absolutely use them, as this will be an annual trip, from here on out.
