About Sunny Surfside
Located in the popular Surfside community in Ft Morgan sits Sunny Surfside. A private pool awaits guests with plenty of places to lounge on the deck and a covered Tiki bar area to mix cool drinks! The screened porches are a great place to enjoy the shade and the beautiful views. The Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand is just 100 yards away from the home!
This unique home features two levels with plenty of room for guests to spread out. Upstairs you will find the large open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom as well as 2 other bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are also found on this floor. Guests will love the game room/library where they will find a table for puzzles and board games and a shelf for books.
Downstairs there is a second living area with 2 sofa sleepers and a TV. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bonus bunk room that sleeps 2. The guests on this floor will share a bathroom with a walk in shower and there is also a half bath.

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

This is a beautiful home with so much space and so convenient to the beach. The pool is perfect for a small or big group to relax and enjoy!
Sunny Surfside was an absolute dream spot for our yearly ladies trip!! This house is convenient to the beach, well stocked and can sleep so many people! The pool and screened in porches were perfect. We are already looking forward to coming back nex year. We have found our forever beach home for our annual trip!!
This was the perfect place! There was 8 of us and we each had our own bed and space! It was great
It’s a wonderful location and has a great pool. Home is in good condition and the AC works well. 100 yd walk to the magnificent beach. Kids alternated between the beach and the pool the whole time. Kitchen utensils are what’s typically found in rental homes for quality, but they are adequate. Beds are decent, home is clean and is a safe quiet neighborhood.
We previously stayed at Sunny Surfside in May with half (14) of our children & grandchildren. The beach house was so wonderful that we returned in August with the rest of our children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren. This time only 4 of the 16 people were children so the reaction was: "This vacation was so relaxing. Love this house!" They had plenty room in the house to mingle, play games & just chill. Of course, they spent much time in that beautiful pool. Gulf Shores was close enough for them to take advantage of the shops & restaurants. We took them to Lambert's & Lulu's which they thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks again Edie for being so courteous. Although we have never met, I feel like I know you. We will be calling you next time we plan a beach vacation. I definitely recommend Sunny Surfside!! It's so quiet here. It's like having your own private beach

We loved our week there & would recommend this beach house to anyone.
The walk to the beach is so close, less than 5 min away! And the beach is private so we loved that it wasn’t crowded. House is dated but very clean. Beds were nice and cozy. Loved the pool also even though it was cold when we went. We want to come back to this place when it’s warmer!
