Down South, we're known for runnin' our words together. That'll do is short for 'That Will Do." This beautiful home is located in the quiet area of Fort Morgan, with an open floor plan and a huge front porch, we promise you will find it easy to relax and put your feet up at this wonderful beachfront home. That'll Do is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms home and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests!
About That'll Do
The master bedroom and bedroom 2 both have queen beds, the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds and the living area has a sleeper sofa. Sleeping up to 10 people, That'll do makes it easy to enjoy your whole family at this beachfront cottage. It is also in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, away from the crowds and large condo buildings. You will feel as though you have your own private beach at That'll Do to soak up the sun and enjoy the gulf breezes!
There is parking for up to 3 cars.

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

This beach house was amazing it has totally been remodeled and everything was fantastic. We were the first guest since the remodel and we had a couple glitches with the TV and washer but the owners had someone out fast to fix the problems, being the first guests there it is understandable but everything works great now and is so wonderful, if I had 1 thing to say that was a little problem it would be the toilets they are extremely to tall my wife is 5\'0 tall and I had to go buy her a step stool to get on them I can see where it is gonna be a problem for kids. I called and told them about the problem and they seemed very appreciative and the said they would look at the problem and hopefully that will get fixed, all in all it was the greatest vacation we ever had everything else was perfect!!

We recently stayed at That'll Do in Fort Morgan, AL. The house is located right on the beach and close to the water which was amazing! We woke up most mornings to dolphins swimming! The house is nice and has plenty of open space for family! The beds were amazing and comfortable which is always a plus! The porch is huge with amble sitting and partially covered. The house is supplied with plenty of kitchen items and an abundance of towels! My only suggestion is more coffee mugs for us coffee drinkers.Fort Morgan is about 15-20 minutes from Gulf Shores but it is a very peaceful area and beach is not crowded. There are also several places to eat and drink! Everyone in Fort Morgan is super nice and friendly! Also, Harris Rental service was awesome! They continually sent us information, checked on us and kept us informed throughout our stay! Our stay was very blessed and we will def be back next year to rent That'll Do!

The location of this property was amazing. We would wake up each morning and watch the dolphins. The kids enjoyed being able to play baseball and football without a crowd of people. The rental company was very easy to get ahold of when we needed them.

Piece of Paradise

We absolutely loved this property. It is so close to the beach which made it so convenient to go back and forth. The deck was awesome which was a plus for my elderly father. The decor is beautiful. The only thing I would change would be to have more towels in the unit so you don't have to wash as often.

We stayed at That'll Do in March 2020 and the house was perfect! Updated furniture and very close to the beach! We also stayed during the time of the coronavirus and we were impressed that Harris Properties even left us a personal note stating they had the unit sprayed with a strong cleaning product that could combat the germs of the virus, that made us feel more at ease that they were taking the extra precautions to make us feel safe during the outbreak. We will be back and it was a great mini weekend trip!

Memories Made

Such a peaceful, restful time for our family. Many things to do in the area, but my four high-school-aged children never wanted to leave our beach. They spent countless hours playing and building in the sand together, just like when they were little. So nice to see them reconnecting like that. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Thanks for allowing us to make a few more "childhood memories" before they start going off to college.

We stayed 5 nights in March 2019 for a fishing trip and this was a great house! The price is right for a guys trip to Fort Morgan. For this price, you should not expect luxury, so we have no complaints. You cannot beat the view off the front (new remodeled) deck.

It was amazing walking out the door to a beautiful new deck and only a few steps to the water! We loved relaxing in our chairs on the beach while the kids fished, made sandcastles, and searched for seashells. A few mornings we watched the dolphins swim by and one day they even put on a pretty good show jumping around:) There is a small grocery store/bar and grill only a street or two down which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to book another trip for next year!!!

We love staying at Harris Properties beach houses! They are literally right on the beach...there is nothing to obstruct the view of the ocean. The beaches are clean and not crowded. The house was clean when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes, house was well furnished and decorated nicely. We stayed in This'll Do and That'll Do because we have a large family. The houses have similar floor plans and we were pleased with both. We like to take a plastic pool for the critters that the kids catch...last time, there were starfish!

That'll do was a great place to stay, a few minor things wrong, but nothing worth complaining about. Great place, and the Harris group kept in touch to ensure all was fine. We visit the Fort Morgan area each year in September and have stayed in That'll Do for the past five years. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. We have a fantastic time no matter what the weather brings. The house is the perfect size for us and has all the amenities one could need. We consider it our home away from home. In fact, we have already booked for next year. If you want to rent an affordable beach front home in great locations, with the most amazing views, contact Harris Properties. The staff there have always been so friendly and helpful to us.

Loved the sound of the waves at night, right by the ocean. I would say it was between 30. 50. FEET to the ocean. We were glad we picked the house with the covering on the porch, due to the kids getting sun-burnt.
WAS A GREAT TIME AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! HOT WATER AT ALL TIMES!

We had a great time at That'll Do! The weather made everything even better and we were able to take full advantage of how close the house was to the water. My group and I couldn't get over how awesome it was to be able to walk out on the deck and see the gulf right there. It was perfect for us to be able to walk 10 feet and be on the beach. It really made it worthwhile being right on the beach. We made a lot of great memories. I am hoping everyone will want to do something like this again within the next year. It also made it great that we could say That'll Do throughout the trip... Thank you again for being so helpful.

We spent the fall break at That'll do home and it was great. It was the last time I would be able to spend time with my oldest granddaughter as she was in her last year at college. Plenty of room, great view from the deck, clean beach and safe for my youngest granddaughter. So many memories for my golden years to remember. Everyone at Harris Properties were so helpful and professional in helping me with this reservation this year. Will do this again..(need new frying pans).
Note from HPM: We are doing our bi-annual kitchen inspection on 11/01/2013 and will be sure to put some new frying pans in That'll do.

We absolutely love staying here. It is the perfect beach house for us. We feel sorry for the people staying in Condos, because this is the only way to go. Fort Morgan is such a beautiful, non-commercialized area. Hope it stays that way! We even got to see sea turtles hatching during our stay! So thankful we discovered Harris Properties and Fort Morgan!

ANOTHER GREAT RETREAT!!!

ONCE AGAIN WE HAD A GREAT RETREAT!!! OUR 11 LADIES HAD A WONDERFUL TIME! THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME WE STAYED ON THE BEACH EITHER AT THIS'LL DO OR THAT'LL DO. BOTH HOUSES ARE JUST WHAT WE NEEDED-PLENTY OF SPACE AND WELL STOCKED.
THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THE SEPTIC SYSTEM IS EXPOSED FROM THE LACK OF SAND AND THE OCCASIONAL SMELL. ALSO THE THRESOLD/ENTRY INTO THE FRONT DOOR IS LOOSE-THIS COULD CAUSE SOMEONE TO TRIP.
ALL MINOR DETAILS COMPARED TO THE SURROUNDINGS!
WE'RE ALREADY PLANNING OUR FALL GET-TOGETHER!

Another Great Stay at That'll do

Had an amazing time. Weather was perfect this year, no tropical storms. If you have never stayed at Fort Morgan, you need to try it. Same goes for "Harris Properties." This is the second time we have stayed in "That'll do" and we love it. It is in a great location and fully furnished. We never had a problem with the wireless internet and our group had 4 adults with separate wireless devices! We're ready to plan next year's trip!!!

Absolutely Loved It!!!

We had our stay booked for Labor Day Weekend and Tropical Storm Lee hit! We still had a great time and one full day of sunshine. The house was the perfect size and was furnished with almost everything you would need. Really enjoyed the large deck. It is located in a nice quiet section of the Fort Morgan Peninsula. We are booking for next year!
