The One and Only
Welcome to The One and Only, a unique 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury waterfront home with a game area, 2 spacious balconies, a large sun deck, and a boat slip making this home a boaters paradise! This home is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the view of the bay or walk to the gulf side beaches. The One and Only is the perfect place for your next family getaway or multi-family vacation that can accommodate up to 13 guests.

About The One and Only
The One and Only is a beautiful newly renovated home tastefully decorated with elegance and style. On the main level of the home, guests will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 sitting areas, and the master bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area equipped to sleep 2. The master bedroom has a king bed to sleep 2 and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a double vanity, shower, and soaking tub.
The second level of the home features a game area with a dart board, board games, a bar area, a futon to sleep 2, and a daybed to sleep 1. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are located on the second level. Bedroom #2 has a king bed to sleep 2 and an ensuite bath. Bedroom #3 has 2 full beds to sleep 4 and an attached bath. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have balcony access.
There is a spiral staircase leading to a ladder that will take you to a hatch-style door where guests may access the crow's nest at the top of the home.

Underneath the home, there is a picnic table and a propane grill.
Perdido Key
Perdido Key is a beautiful, narrow strip of paradise on Florida’s Gulf Coast. It’s just minutes away from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but much less crowded. Known for sugary white sand and beautiful emerald oceans, you can enjoy all your favorite water sports here, from fishing and swimming to scuba diving and parasailing and more. There are several historic forts like Fort McRee, Fort Barrancas and Fort Pickens to explore. And plenty of state parks for hiking and biking, starting with Big Lagoon State Park and Perdido Key State Park.
If you don’t feel like cooking, (and who can blame you, you’re on vacation), the Crab Trap, the Shrimp Basket, and Lillian’s Pan Pizza are all worth a try. And no visit to the Gulf Coast would be complete without a trip to the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge with its bushwhackers, oysters and live music! There is something for the whole family in Perdido Key!
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

This house is great for family that enjoy fishing! The house itself is in great condition no complaints at all. Beds are comfortable and good pillows. We used the balcony’s more than any room in the house they are fantastic. Only other thing I feel I need to mention is bring your beach chairs!!! If they where available with the unit I didn’t see them and there is no beach chair service on the beach near the house!!
A little bit of paradise! The property was perfect for our family if teens, grandparents and our non shedding dogs! There was plenty of room, sleeping spaces and we really enjoyed the loft area with games! The kitchen was well stocked! No complaints at all. The master bed is really high and you just need to remember that in the middle of the night

Great vacation property with plenty of space and ample indoor/outdoor seating. Location is superb and offers lots to enjoy: bay, beach (short walk), rooftop views. FYI - Pickleball courts also have a basketball hoop
2nd time we've rented this house. Awesome house, great location and great for fishing off the dock. We'll probably rent again as well. Only one issue and that was the outdoor gas grill. It didn't work and to be honest it was beyond rusty and needs to be replaced and if replaced I'd recommend a cover. Other than that, perfect.
Beautiful decorated home with an excellent view. Home was stocked adequately as described, and we had no complaints. Loved that it had ceiling fans everywhere and a oscillating fan in the bedroom if you wanted to use. Master bed on main floor was super comfortable. Certainly would repeat this property in the future!
